The head strap and band is great. It helped hold it on but relieved some the weight to the face. Had to look on YouTube to find out how to put it on. Turned out easy.

Purchased to replace original elastic strap. This one is better and outperforms the original. Happy with the purchase.

This lived up to the hype. Very comfortable and enough range to handle my big noggin. Installation was pretty easy, but the instructions skip the part about how to disconnect the installed side straps. Not hard once you figure out the plastic tabs on the sides of the visor are not removable (they contain the speakers, so that would be bad). You have to pry the outer pieces off. The hard plastic back piece makes choosing a carrying case problematic, its about 8 wide and NOT flexible. It didnt fit into the SARLAR case I bought, even though someone answered a question about this saying it does. This taught me to read ALL the answers to a question, not just the one that is showing (See picture for issue I encountered)

Definitely makes wearing the headset much more comfortable. Worth it!

I like this headset and it is better than the original strap but . . . I have to adjust often. It sits heavy on my face and pulls down on my cheeks. Im going to look for some counter weights like others have suggested.

This is somewhat more comfortable than the basic strap included on the Quest 2. The ratcheting tightening mechanism is much better than the sliding clips the basic one has. Its easier to put on and take off, as well, since you dont have to stretch elastic, and the padding is nice and soft. That being said, it still slips around on my head when I play even moderately active games, such as Pistol Whip. If I tighten it down far enough to stay still, the pressure is too much. Also... I dont want to say its flimsy, but I managed to pop one of the pivot joints apart trying to take it off my headset, since I put it on backwards once. Theres a note that says be careful to get the right and left sides straight, but it didnt seem to say how to identify the right and left (there are small letters stamped in the plastic near the swivels.) The joint went back together alright and seems to work, but yeah. Careful with this strap if you need to take it back off, more moving parts means more parts to break. Anyways, Im moderately happy with it. It is an improvement, even if its not quite perfect. Ill use it for a bit and then consider another strap, maybe.

For me, this completes the quest, balancing it and doubling its battery life. Greatly increases comfort, and frees you from the tether for hours more than you would normally get. Definitely worth getting. Does add some weight on your head, but I dont find it bothersome as it also improves the weight distribution.

This new oculus strap is very comfortable and makes my exercises so much more pleasant. No more slipping down or falling off!

Went from, barely keeping it on to not even thinking about it. And I do t have to think about spending half my life savings on the elite strap.
