Too flimsy with the 8.5 to much buffeting with the 6.5

This shield is a huge improvement over stock. Im 58 and the 6.5 is a good height for me. No more wind blasting me at eyebrow level. There is vibration at pretty much any speed, but its a thick lexan so Im not concerned about material fatigue.

Makes a nice protected when pocket as described

Need to make this size in darker color

Can’t see through it because of distortion which isn’t good pulling into a garage or parking space.

2014 Street Glide Special with 62 235 pound rider(wifes account husbands review).....now the important info is at the top dont look any further...buy this windshield....I tested all of the HD windsplitters and they did not perform nearly as good as the KW 8.5....although I cringed on getting a taller windshield my comfort was way more important then looks but this one actually looks really good....I just got back from 100 mile ride and it has to be the best improvement I have made....performs awesome without the buffeting at speeds above 80mph...quit looking and kick in the extra cash for this one.....I promise you wont be disappointed....

After buying my 2020 Street Glide, I hated the wind buffering while riding. I would always feel like the wind was battering me back and forth from side to side. After talking with other riders and reading/watching multiple reviews, I decided to get the Klock Werks windshield. I was torn between the 6.5” or 8.5”, so I decided on the 6.5”. I am 6’1” tall and wish I could have gotten a 7.5” windshield, but not an option. After installation, I can say I am beyond pleased with the reduction in wind buffering, even at speeds up to 80mph. Even with my wife in the back, she had no complaints. I am satisfied with the performance and ease of installation, which took all of 5 minutes. I would buy this again!
