Klock Werks Flare for 2014-2023 FLH (8.5 Dark Smoke)

This was very hard to install and prevent from scratching. Instructions want you to start outside screws first then center. Center screw was impossible so I set the center screw first then outside screws. Once on the wind is thrown up a few more inches so the buffeting around my ears is dramatically reduced...80% for me. Im 510 and the factory windshield put air in my face. I can hear the stereo now without cranking it up all the way. Beside installation, the only other issue I have is that the material is more flexible than factory so it shakes when at idle. Im getting used to the funky shape but I would consider this again.

Klock Werks is still the #1 replacement windshield and it is quality but they better remember that there are up and coming brands that offer good quality and lower prices.

Just unscrew three bolts, screw them back in with the new windshield and the motorcycle looks cool. It truly deflects the air better than the original windshield

Didnt like the looks of the taller version so I got the 6.5. My bike is a 15 FLHTKL. Im 5 11 3/4 and I get hit in the face by bugs with the 6.5. Perhaps I should have purchased the taller one but as mentioned the taller one doesnt look as cool.

It is taller than the Harley wind splitter actual 6.5 inches where the Harley 7 inch much is lower, less buffeting on the head but because of the shape do notice a bit more in the shoulder area. Must be working as I find Im going 10 to 15 MPH faster before noticing the difference.

This baby works like a charm! MUCH better than the stock windshield, Ive tried the Memphis Shades Spoiler versions and this, combined with the fairing vent on my Street Glide Special, its absolutely awesome! This significantly reduced buffeting, even at 75MPH! I love this thing!

Easy install. Great windshield. Works awesome and looks great! 4 star due to cost. I work in injection molding. I know the cost of material and tooling. This is over priced. But I still will buy one again.
