Klock Werks Flare for 2014-2023 FLH (8.5 Dark Smoke)

I purchased the tinted 11.5” because I m 6’3” and wanted more protection and less wind buffeting however the distortion due to the curvature of the windshield made it impossible for me to look through the windshield. You can obviously see through it but not good enough to ride safely. It seemed like a well made product but I couldn’t use it. I returned it with no issues.

I bought this windshield because the Harley Wind Splitter 7 inch that Ive been using for a number of years wasnt quite up to the task at highway speeds. This new windshield solves that issue but there are some caveats. The taller windshield definitely makes it more difficult to see the road ahead when cresting a steeper hill or in tight turns. As a result, Ill use the 7 inch for the shorter and/or slower rides and the 8.5 inch for the longer and/or faster rides.

Put on my street glide always had a klockworks windshield on my other bikes

The ride was comfortable but looking threw the windshield gave me a headache it distorted your field of view anything strait ahead was fine but anything to the sides or down was horrible. Order threw Amazon and if you dont like it you can return it.

I have this on a 14 Ultra Classic. Looks great and really helps with the wind.

Very sharp looking windshield, provides adequate protection. If your going to do a lot of long highway runs I would get a taller windshield. My wife/ passenger catches more wind and does not care for the lack of protection from the wind. So, if you have a passenger that does not like the wind get a taller windshield. Also, very difficult to see through so make sure you can see over it. No problem with this model. I’m 6’ and it’s perfect.

This windshield changed my rides. It works unbelievably well. The price is a little too much but Im very happy I spent the money
