I was initially impressed with the quality of the pictures produce by the Kodak Easy Share Printer Dock. After I installed my second ink catride and printed one photo, I let it sit idle for 9 or more months. I expected the ink to be dried up when I attemped to print another photo. To my surprise it worked just fine. No loss of quality! I have also found that the best deals for refill kits are direct from Kodak!

I had similar paper-feed problems as other reviewers, both with this printer and an earlier Kodak printer. I was stumped and ready to throw the thing out! I followed David Comleys suggestions about cleaning the rollers and voila, the printer works beautifully again. So it needs 2 minutes of maintenance every 6 months: it still produces great quality photos and I like the flexibility I get with the Kodak Easyshare software and the convenience of being able to print when I need the photos rather than sending them off to Shutterfly or a similar service.

I just purchased this printer to go with my new Kodak Z812IS digital camera. Ive only had it for a few weeks, but already printed close to 60 pictures on it and its working great. It is a little noisy compared to my older Easy Share printer dock plus, which is still working fine almost 3 years later, but the noise doesnt bother me. This seems to be a great little printer for only $80. My printer dock plus was over $150 when I purchased it almost 3 yrs. ago, so this seems like a great deal. The ink and paper kits are a little costly, but Amazon offers some good deals on those...better than what you can get at Wal-mart for sure. I cant give it 5 stars because I dont know how it will hold up over time, but Im guessing like all other Kodak products that Ive purchased over the years...its gonna last a long time!

I have had this printer for about 1 1/2 years. Prints very well for what it is. As for the paper and ink they do come bundled because it uses a specific photo paper unlike the cheap stuff in department stores. The ink cartrdige is a Dye Sublimation. It uses 4 passes to print the pictures. The fourth pass puts a clear coat on the pictures to make them smug proof as well as water proof. Some have said that it will not pick up paper after a while, this is true. The rubber pickup wheels will get dusty when not used they will also get a little glazed as any rubber product does when not used. All you have to do is take a Q-tip and some rubbing alcahol to them and clean them and the printer will work great once again. This printer is well under $100.00 and the prints cost roughly .25 each to print so factor that with you can take it anywhere and if you have a Kodak camera that will connect on top of it you can print pictures anywhere. I have taken mine on trips and have printed picture for friends and family before I leave to go home. Compared to Ink Jet technology it is MUCH BETTER. Ink jet printed pictures fade in a very short time cost of ink is no bargain either. I would reccomend this to anyone who wants to print 4 x 6 pictures that match the quality of any place tyyou would take your pictures to be printed. (Wal-Mart, CVS, Walgreens. ECT)

Our Kodak G600 printer dock developed mechanical problems. Model G610 has most of the same features, and accommodates the same paper tray and cartridge. It also was much more affordable. This seller shipped the product promptly, and it arrived in perfect condition. Best of all, it prints beautiful color photos.

First let me say $229.00? Really? I bought mine new last year for $80. Stuff like this usually comes down in price not triples! Rip off. When i 1st bought it I hadnt had it maybe a month then the wheels werent picking up the paper. Had to send it in to Kodak. 3 weeks later I get it back, worked good for a few more months but it doesnt pick up paper properly again. I had to kinda of rig it, now it just wont pick up paper at all. This is the worst printer ive ever had. Yeah it recharges the camera but you can do that with a regualr dock. I wouldnt reccomend spending money on this especially this company trying to charge $229.00!
