> 3 dayFirst let me say $229.00? Really? I bought mine new last year for $80. Stuff like this usually comes down in price not triples! Rip off. When i 1st bought it I hadnt had it maybe a month then the wheels werent picking up the paper. Had to send it in to Kodak. 3 weeks later I get it back, worked good for a few more months but it doesnt pick up paper properly again. I had to kinda of rig it, now it just wont pick up paper at all. This is the worst printer ive ever had. Yeah it recharges the camera but you can do that with a regualr dock. I wouldnt reccomend spending money on this especially this company trying to charge $229.00!

> 3 dayI was initially impressed with the quality of the pictures produce by the Kodak Easy Share Printer Dock. After I installed my second ink catride and printed one photo, I let it sit idle for 9 or more months. I expected the ink to be dried up when I attemped to print another photo. To my surprise it worked just fine. No loss of quality! I have also found that the best deals for refill kits are direct from Kodak!

51 and still going
> 3 dayI have had this printer for about 1 1/2 years. Prints very well for what it is. As for the paper and ink they do come bundled because it uses a specific photo paper unlike the cheap stuff in department stores. The ink cartrdige is a Dye Sublimation. It uses 4 passes to print the pictures. The fourth pass puts a clear coat on the pictures to make them smug proof as well as water proof. Some have said that it will not pick up paper after a while, this is true. The rubber pickup wheels will get dusty when not used they will also get a little glazed as any rubber product does when not used. All you have to do is take a Q-tip and some rubbing alcahol to them and clean them and the printer will work great once again. This printer is well under $100.00 and the prints cost roughly .25 each to print so factor that with you can take it anywhere and if you have a Kodak camera that will connect on top of it you can print pictures anywhere. I have taken mine on trips and have printed picture for friends and family before I leave to go home. Compared to Ink Jet technology it is MUCH BETTER. Ink jet printed pictures fade in a very short time cost of ink is no bargain either. I would reccomend this to anyone who wants to print 4 x 6 pictures that match the quality of any place tyyou would take your pictures to be printed. (Wal-Mart, CVS, Walgreens. ECT)

> 3 dayI believe we got 3-4 good pics out of this printer. Then the pics were very fuzzy with a warning that the ink was low. Changing cartriges did not solve this problem. I paid to send the printer back once. Kodak the next 3 times. They kept sending me refurbished units that did not work. The last time they promised to send me a new one, but it said refurbished as well. 9 months into it and no working unit. I cant even get a cabe to download to the computer. Calls to Kodak take about 90 minutes each and they barely speak English, little own understand it.

> 3 dayI am writing this review in response to Amazon selling this printer, which Kodak says is discontinued, for well over the value of the equipment. Having priced the G610 printer dock from Kodak at Walmart (they are out of them as well) they were selling it for $79.00. The same dock not on sale at Staples sold for $159.00. So you are seriously telling me that this dock is worth more than the camera cost? I understand that you have the right to charge whatever you would like but I believe this is taking advantage of the client.

> 3 dayThis easyshare printer is not so easy. Total waste of money and wish I never bought it. I actually purchased it for my mother since she doesnt use a computer. Thought it would be easy for her to print her own pictures. I was wrong. First of all the cartridge it comes with only prints 5 photos. I couldnt believe it and felt so bad that she couldnt print more right from the start. So I bought a replacement cartridge. Total ripoff. The prices are outrageous and you cant just buy the cartridge, it also comes with the paper. Well for the price of only 50 prints I could have them printed up much cheaper at most stores. But then it gets worse. Finally the replacement cartridge comes and I install it. We dont even get to print one picture before it gets a paper jam. This was no ordinary easy to fix kind of paper jam though. There is no way into this printer dock to unjam the paper. It doesnt open. Take all the screws off that you can find and all you are left with is being screwed, it still dosent open. I couldnt get the printer cartridge back out because the paper was jammed in there which prevented anything from moving. This was total waste. I would have chosen a different camera for my mother and not paid extra to have the printer that came with this camera. If you are thinking about buying this printer to go with the camera you already have, dont waste your money. It is cheaply made and not easy to repair simple problems. The company is no help at all so dont think you can call customer service, they could care less and just suggest you send it in for repairs but they expect you to pay for everything.
