KPL 18 INCH Leather Briefcase Laptop Messenger Bag Satchel Office computer bag for men and women (18 INCH)

For a bag at this price point, I am very impressed. The zippers and stitching seem top notch, and the leather is beautiful quality. There was no smell as others have indicated. And all the buckles, zippers, metal came individually wrapped in Styrofoam/plastic so they were perfect no scuffs. The interior of the bag is a more matte forest green, not a brighter green as some of the pictures in other reviews had (I like my color better). The bag will stand up on its own. The storage space is unbelievable, and well organized, with an additional zipper compartment on the back, and 2 under the flap. My only gripe about the bag is they needed another 1-2 holes punched in the straps of the main flap. But I can do that myself at some point. The only thing left to see now is durability; I just hope the handle holds up and can handle the weight of my daily commute (laptop, charger, lockable hard case case for documents).

Let me start of by saying buy this bag at such a low price and you will not regret it. The packaging was if I bought 400 glass bag from over seas. There was layer of plastic wrap over nice draw string bag. Once I opened it I found another plastic bag and then foam wrap under the plastic. Then each piece of metal( even zippers) Were individually wrapped in tape and foam. Instantly I new the owner cares. The the small details in the metal and leather convinced me even more. I originally wanted for the 2 zippers as this will be my daily bag or travel. I didnt realize there were 3 and multiple other pouches till I started packing it up. Build quality is amazing and I cant wait to break it in. It is already standing on its own from the design. Canvas happens to be my favorite color and style, another reason for the purchase. This to is quality and matches perfectly. It also feels like heavy canvas that will stand the test of time. The snap buckles are my only complaint but Im really being picky. They feel on the cheaper side because of how thin they are but the other metal is thick and sturdy. Mine did come with some small flaws like a miss stitch or rivot not 100% straight. I personally think that adds character and it sure doesnt hurt its functionality. I mean isnt this why we buy hand made items to begin with, character? I have not had mine long to really say this will last but I hope it does. It met every need and went beyond my expectations at this price point. ***Update....I would like to add that I had a small issue with my bag. Seems the small screws (like eyeglass size) were missing from one buckle. Simple mistake and I can see how easily it was missed. Since It only came off once I had a good amount of weight in the bag. However, hours after my email the owner got back to me with just one question, my address (Zero hassle!!! How RARE now a days). Just 2 days later he sent me an a new buckle when just screws were missing. I hate to bring up mistakes even when taken care of beyond expectations but I read a lot of complaints about their customer service. My experience was perfect and I will be letting everyone know.*** I would like to end with reviews about the smell. Yes its real leather so yes it will smell but eventually fade. Mine however is not strong and I kind of hope it doesnt fade. I got leather for strength, longevity, style and yes the smell. I mean why buy leather if you dont like the smell? Thats like buying a hat and complaining you dont like things on your head.....

I finally decided to replace my beat up work bag and looked at several different brands on Amazon. I really liked the styling on this product and finally decided to order it. My only apprehension was that I work at different locations, so in addition to my laptop I have folders and computer peripherals I have to carry around, and I wasnt sure about the size of the bag- the pictures werent really clear on how much it could hold. I am happy to say that the bag can hold far more than is evident from the pictures. On the outside of the bag there is a small pouch and 2 large zippered compartments. Inside there are 4 separate pockets and a good sized zippered pocket. Ive seen several people mentioning the smell of the bag. It actually smells like - recently tanned leather! I dont know if any of those complaining about it have ever owned a quality leather product (or a baseball glove). The smell is also nowhere near as strong as some indicate. I could not be happier with this product - it is attractive, roomy, well crafted, and seems like it will be durable. Highly recommended!

I wanted a leather bag that was elegant and robust and this seemed to fit the bill. The bag is nearly there. It is large. It feels robust. I thought that buying ‘full grain leather’ that it would be - but as you can see it is a veneer of leather on a hessian or similar backing, which feels quite rough to the touch. The delivered bag was quite light, and to protect the leather I used Obenaufs Leather Oil, also available on Amazon, which darkens the shade. The major weakness is the strap. It is two very thin pieces of leather stitched together, and it stretched thin within two weeks of usage. This is a letdown because my primary usecase for this was wearing over my shoulder. The included strap pad slides around easily and doesn’t provide much support or comfort. The bags leather creases quite easily. I give credit to Mr Komal for creating these bags, and he leaves a note explaining his small business in the bag. Honestly at this price point it’s not bad. Please make a better quality strap and it would improve my experience 90%.

I’ve only given this a 4-star across the board so far as I’ve only had the bag a few weeks. However, so far so good. The bag is true to displayed colour, which I like. It is certainly a bit smelly for a couple of weeks but it’s not too awful and diminishes over time. It is pretty soft and, since it has no frame anywhere, does tend to bend to the shape of your body when carried normally at your side. It got a bit wet last week and dried out well, with no colour loss or transfer to me! Very good and sturdy strap attachments and buckles. Good strap and although I was a bit suspicious of the shoulder pad (will the loop last?) it seems fine at the moment. Interior’s all as described so no complaints. Please with it so far.

I absolutely love this. It’s everything and more than I expected. Very good craftsmanship and very well made. I love the thick leather and the leather smell isn’t strong at all. It holds my 17.3” Laptop perfectly and has lots of pockets and dividers right where they need to be. It even has a zipper pocket on the outside back of the satchel. It came with a personally signed letter. One of my favorite parts is that the leather was hand tanned in the sun using only vegetable oils. There are zero chemicals used. I’m so impressed. Get it now before the price goes up it’s so worth every Penny. It’s perfect. It’s now November and Here’s my update. I’ve had no problems at all. I’ve had a lot of compliments and the bag has remained supple and will stand on its own still. It’s perfect and the cost is better than most. I am still 110% satisfied.

I bought this for my son-in-law, a manager in the bar business. All of 3 minutes after receiving this bag, my granddaughter had appropriated it as hers. My granddaughter, Sweetie Pie Girl Face, and his daughter is a rising college freshman, who immediately saw the benefits of it as a computer/book bag. But that’s not what drew her to it. It was that this messenger bag is slap beautiful and of top quality workmanship. You can feel the quality in your hands, the soft leather slipping around your fingers. She just took it from him, offering in the bargain a , well the, the smile of a lovely daughter. That’ll do it. Now I gotta get him something else. My smile won’t work the same way. I rated the durability a 3-star, only because I cannot rate the durability of a product I’ve only had a few days. What a stupid rating to ask for. I could guess that it will last a long time based on its quality of materials and the fine workers tending to it, but you can guess too. I don’t want to. Buy this bag, if you’re in the market for one. You’ll be very happy with your choice. As always, a pleasure

Excellent bag! I bought this bag because I wanted the swivels and quick release buckles that my old one did not offer. As usual from a bag from komal, is amazing. It will darken like my other bag over time but it looks GREAT as is. The pocket on this one is big enough to hold my large phone so that is a plus. One thing I did notice that only time will tell if it makes a difference is the width of the strap. My old one is much wider and thicker, so we will see. A leather worker I met a few years ago guessed I paid around $300 for my old bag and when I told him the price, he actually ordered himself one ! Anyway I hope this review helps others who may be considering this bag. My old one is still in GREAT condition after a lot of use but I just wanted the quicker buckles and swivels.

Great quality item. Much sturdier than expected. It’s heavier than expected too. Very spacious. Good protection for laptop. All the straps are adjustable and functional. I would recommend this product. I’ll be buying another for a family member.

For the most part its an awesome product for my business needs. Just a small problem with the zipper working correctly. Just to say it came this way zipper needed to connect before I could close it
