Have a WD 5TB Elements Portable External Hard Drive which this claims will fit and it is too big for the carrying case to fit properly. The padding that goes on top of the drive only covers about half the drive and you have to squish it in there pretty firmly to close the case. So technically I guess you could say it fits but realistically it doesnt really fit. As far as quality it is about what you would expect for the price, decent nothing special but nothing terrible either.

Very disappointed that it is really doesnt fit the WD 2TB external drive. The drive its cord makes it so hard to zip up that the plastic zipper keeps splitting (mind you it is self repairing and when I remove the drive it fixes it so it zips just fine). Sad as it is a nice padded case with both a wrist tether and clip.

Works well with thin hard drives (mine is a slim 1TB and fits ok), with my other 2TB drive,thats a little ticker, you have just the room for the cable and a very small pendrive, thats it.

Well constructed yet lightweight for easy transport or packing into a computer case,backpack, or suitcase. The padding is very effective and necessary so that the hard drive does not encounter drop shock that could render your data lost or corrupted.
