Holds my WD My Passport Ultra 2TB drive perfectly with room for cables. It also holds my WD My Passport Cinema 1k which I use to watch native 4K movies on my Samsung SUHD. It is thinner but still supported and padded. I havent dropped either drive (yet) but I believe the case would protect it with no problems!

I got suckered in to buy it when I did not really need it?! But it was relatively cheap?!

It is not as described in the Amazon site. With light tug the strap on the side comes and u cant fix it back on.

The case fit my WD My Passport Ultra external hard disk drive well. I especially appreciate the internal padding, and rugged construction. The price was good, and the shipping was free and swift. Excellent overall satisfaction.
