i got this bc it says it fits up to 13 inches but it doesnt stretch anywhere near that far

This is a good stand for my needs. I will continue to use it. It is pretty simple to use and a good quality. The clamp is plastic but is sturdy enough. I did not think about charging my Apple Pencil on the side of my iPad Pro 11 (2020 model). The clamp that holds the iPad does not stretch wide enough to hold the iPad on top and bottom (shorter edges). So the only option for the clamp is to cover the magnetic charger for the Apple Pencil (2nd gen.) and hold the iPad on the sides (long edges). My workaround is to take the iPad out of the clamp and rest on the lower clamp lip while charging the Pencil or slip the Pencil into the clamp with the iPad. Both these workarounds are somewhat unstable. This is okay for me because I do not use the Pencil a lot. I still recommend the stand for the price. I searched some for a similar stand that has a clamp wide enough to reach the top and bottom of the 11 iPad Pro, but I did not find one. There may be one. I recommend the manufacturer increase the clamp reach enough to hold an iPad Pro and still allow the Apple Pencil to charge on the device.

Very practical and inexpensive compared to the magnetic ones. In some way this is more sturdy and secured but less portable because you cant collapse or unfold to easily take with you. Otherwise, its a great product and serves its purpose well!

Exactly as advertised. Very sturdy and no fear of iPad slipping off or falling out. Little grip “handles” on the back make it easy to open to fit your device. Easily turns depending on your viewing preference (see photos) and easily pivots to adjust for viewing angle. Very satisfied with purchase and would recommend. I have it near my work at home station and listen to music on the iPad.
