Had high hopes for this Lamicall holder, but the stars are not aligned. Have to pull very hard on the two handles to stretch it so that the iPad Pro 12.9 can fit. Because it is so difficult to put in and take out the iPad, the tablet holder is not being used. Should work well for the smaller tablets. Update (2/7/21): Lamicall stands behind its customer satisfaction claim. Customer service reached out and advised me they have an upgraded product, Adjustable Tablet Stand Holder, which they offered as a replacement for the Adjustable Tablet Holder Dock. The upgraded stand improves upon the initial product, with a wider base and backing (where the iPad is placed) compared to the A1 stand and eliminates the need to pull on the two sides to insert the iPad. It is sturdy and holds an iPad Pro 12.9 well, even in the upright position. The holder can still tip given how heavy the 12.9 is and how hard one presses on the touch screen, but overall, a huge improvement over the prior product.

Love the fact that I can turn it any way I want! I use this to stream tv. It holds my iPad in place without any interruptions!

I have an iPad 11 pro. If you have an Apple pencil 2 that charges on the side of the iPad (they all do by the way) then this holder will not work. You can not adjust it to keep the pencil on and you have to take it off the grips to use the pencil. Defeats the whole purpose in my view.

I truly like the versatility of this stand and how portable it is. I use it a lot when I’m in the kitchen trying out new recipes or when I’m watching Netflix on my tablet.

Short of getting a $1,000 industrial articulating arm that hangs from the ceiling, this is the perfect stand for holding my iPad. It holds it tight. It doesnt easily tip. It has clean, simple lines. I can view at different angles (vertical and horizontal). Now if someone would just hold it over my head when I recline. But that is asking a lot. Just ask my wife.
