I was looking for a replacement bulb that wouldnt continue to melt the plastic Kirby badge plate over the light bulb. The added bonus was how much brighter this LED bulb was over the incandescent bulb. I am very pleased.

Bright! I installed this in my vintage Electrolux upright vacuum. It was too bright and I reinstalled the original. It was either that or install shielding. Not the bulbs fault. Im going to try the sewing machine next.
