LAMY LT52GR Bottle Ink, Green

I very good product with a nice color. If a spill might occur, the ink cleans up easily with water.

Not as waterproof as I had expected.

As advertised, I use this ink in my Lamy fountain pen with terrific results.

I am a Baby Boomer and find that this ink and my Lamy fountain pen make me feel as if I were in 5th grade again. I enjoy how blue ink enhances my cursive!

I would think that all inks are pretty much equal but it is not true actually. Some are too watery, some have a nicer color after drying, some are not drying well, etc... I have a very nice Montblanc fountain pen which I forgot about with the time. It can be quite a hassle to use because fountain pens often leak, get your fingers inked up. Anyway, I exhumed it from his drawer recently because I decided to restart writing by hand as much as possible. On a side note, this needs practice and my handwriting was getting uglier by the days... So using a nice pen would be my encouragement to write by hand but I could not find my ink anymore. A quick search on Amazon and I chose the Lamy bottled ink after reading raving reviews. Anyway, I have now been using this pen and ink since a few weeks and I cannot say enough how pleased I am with it. My Montblanc fountain pen would tend to leak and it did at the beginning with this ink. Not anymore though. As well, the pen would tend to scratch the paper and the writing was far from fluid. Not anymore... In clear, this ink gives a very nice color, makes the writing very fluid and nice, dries well. I do not care much for the blotting paper because I do not refill every day and when I do, I use larger pieces of paper. In any case, five star worth!

Bottle is a great design and no wasted ink. Ink itself is smooth and dries rapidly. Color-fast.

A very nice fountain pen ink. Vibrant color and doesnt gum up the several fountain pens I use. Ill be likely to re-order in this and several other colors.

A fantastic ink color since the 70s ... yes, that long I have been hooked on this. The volume is almost double the Pelikan, you dont have to tilt the bottle to get the last drop cause it has a well in the middle not to mention the wiping napkins rolled inside in the bottom around the well. . excellent product
