I have only had this about a week, but so far I love it. I work from home and use both a desktop and laptop computer. It definitely keeps my laptop cool during an 8 hour shift. I have both a 17 inch laptop and a 14 inch and both work with it. Living in Fl with heat and humidity, this device works when Im not in an air conditioned room.

This cooling pad is quiet and actually functions. I verified my temps with the CPU Core Temp software. With my Dell Latitude flat on surface with the fans all the way I am getting a 10° Celsius drop in temperature. Elevated on the tabs, I get around 15 to 20° difference. The RGB is a fun addition. I like the solid red function for night time. I use my laptop for video rendering with DaVinci Resolve and its usually gets my computer a little on the hot side. This helps keep it cool and squeeze out some more horsepower. Considering I use a usb-c dock for my workstation table, this cooling pad fits right in.

I purchased this product and right away loved it because my laptop gets extremely hot when working on it and the fans keep it cool. The lights are fun and only the right side was working. I sent a note to manufacturer asking if there was something simple I could to do to fix them. They immediately responded ask for my address and within two days I received a new pad. I couldn’t believe it. The new one works perfectly. I am so impressed with this company and will be checking out their other products.

Large enough for my 17 laptop! Very comfortable, sturdy, and actually works. The fan feels amazing on my lap, I love that my laptop can sit up for better viewing, very comfortable for my eyes and comfortable on my wrists while typing. The colors are fun, theres many settings for light display fast and slow, and a variety of options to choose from for colors and fan settings. This is a quality item, I asked my teen to guess how much it costs and she said $100! In her mind, it looks expensive and classy. I agree!

We use our laptop computers a lot, & they get quite warm. Knowing that heat isnt good for the laptops or comfortable on our legs, we bought two of these. They have five levels of cooling. It defaults to level three when you plug it in. That is perfect for our needs. The USB cable connecting the pad to the laptop is an adequate length. Because I frequently use my laptop in the kitchen to prepare recipes, I unplug it from the pad. I would prefer the default would be to have NO light emitting from the sides of the pad, but its not a huge deal to press the button for a couple of seconds until it turns off. Very happy with our purchase. Would purchase again.

An excellent and unobtrusive cooling option. Love that it allows me to turn off the RGB for those nights when my computer needs to keep crunching numbers while I sleep. The fact that it uses a net zero USB ports is great as well.

Used to be that my laptops fan would run at high speed most of the time because it was trying cool things down. With this cooler, my fan just runs at the normal slow speed, and I never need to worry about it getting hot again. Highly recommended
