I really like the item and love it; it is worth for the money I bought it %100 recommend but the only Issue I have that is unfortunately I broke it, and the fans dont work I bought it on May 27 and the box says that theres an 18-month warranty on it is there any way I can get a replacement for the item?

This laptop cooler is excellent value for money. It is well-built and very sturdy. The fans run quietly and keep my laptop cool even during heavy use. I appreciate the adjustable fan speeds, which allow me to customize the cooling to my needs. The cool RGB lights add a nice to the design. Overall, I am very satisfied with this purchase and highly recommend it.

The laptop cooling pad is suitable for a 17-inch laptop.. Honestly, its beautiful shape and its effectiveness in cooling the laptop, I liked it very much.

Im updating my review for the following reason. The cooler has held up to a lot of use and transporting back and forth from different gaming sessions. I still feel it isnt great for gaming laptops, but heres the thing. The sellers customer service is beyond amazing. They reached out to me about my concerns and communicated very well to find a solution for me. I feel that you can buy from this seller with the utmost confidence. My initial review is as follows: The model is fine, the lighting features are cool if youre into that. It would be a great cooler for more casual use, but it doesnt move enough air for my gaming laptop. Pros: It is QUIET!!! (I was seriously surprised by how quiet it is. I forget to turn it off often because I dont hear it.) Fun lighting features. Cons: It doesnt move as much air as my gaming laptop needs - even when put on max speed.

I purchased this product and right away loved it because my laptop gets extremely hot when working on it and the fans keep it cool. The lights are fun and only the right side was working. I sent a note to manufacturer asking if there was something simple I could to do to fix them. They immediately responded ask for my address and within two days I received a new pad. I couldn’t believe it. The new one works perfectly. I am so impressed with this company and will be checking out their other products.

It effectively cools down my laptop by nearly 10 degrees, making it easier for me to play games or work on heavy applications for extended periods of time. The 10 customizable RGB lighting effects add a great atmosphere to my laptop, and I can quickly switch to a more professional-looking office mode. The light button is easy to use and hold for 3 seconds to turn off the lights. The five fans provide excellent cooling without making too much noise. In the default U3 mode, it is very quiet and doesnt disturb others sleep. The fans strong wind covers a wide area, ensuring effective all-around heat dissipation.

My gaming laptop was overheating frequently, so I ordered this cooling pad. It blows air directly into the bottom of my laptop and keeps my processor below 60c. The lights are fun too! Overall a very satisfying purchase!

It does its job very well and quietly (Dont hear it on its highest setting over the fan noise my laptop makes). Crazy bright side lights can be turned off by holding down the light button. It does cool off a NVIDIA RTX 4090 between 15 - 20C for certain while playing graphic intense game(s). Im actually pretty amazed how well it did its job and for the price point.

Absolutely love it. Would buy again. Works great at keeping my work laptop cool. Quiet and you can adjust the fan speed/lights. Buy it!
