I have only had this about a week, but so far I love it. I work from home and use both a desktop and laptop computer. It definitely keeps my laptop cool during an 8 hour shift. I have both a 17 inch laptop and a 14 inch and both work with it. Living in Fl with heat and humidity, this device works when Im not in an air conditioned room.

I used to have problems with my laptop getting hot and turn off, I have this Very, Very quiet fan for a week (5 days) and so far no collapsed laptop, I highly recommend it, it worth your money, Id you dont like the light press the light icon until no light. You can also select color light you want. Very cool!!!

They were very communicative and responsive, and its clear they take pride in their products and want their customers to be completely satisfied. 2. Figured that it helped if the cooling pad was raised off of soft fabric surfaces. Ive got it sitting on my old cooling pad (which is not plugged in and running) and now my laptop is at a much more comfortable temperature and the fans not running at warp speed all the time. Much happier with the fan now -- both fun AND practical! Also, as a note: while my laptop does cool from the bottom, the seller said that this product might not be the best for laptops that vent on the side(s). Just a note for anyone who might be looking. -- I purchased this cooling fan as a replacement for a Havit brand cooling fan (purchased in 2020 at the beginning of the pandemic). I wanted to try a different brand since my other fan lasted about a year before I needed to start taking it apart to clean it / fix shorts. I chose this because it had great reviews and I figured any fan that was good for a gaming computer would be good for my little corporate Dell laptop. While this fan is more fun and offers a more secure base for my laptop, the cooling is just not up to par even on the highest setting. My laptops internal fan is going off just as much as it does with no cooling fan and the top of the laptop is hot to the touch. I do like the option to raise the laptop and the supports for angled work are very sturdy, but those doesnt outweigh the fact that the primary purpose (cooling my laptop) doesnt seem to be achievable.

I’ve used various types of laptop cooling fans over the years, and so far this is the best one I’ve come across. It keeps the laptop sturdy and the speeds of the fans are the fastest I’ve seen. For laptops that have rear vents it comes with deflectors to put over the air intake so it doesn’t pull in the hot air the laptop produces. I highly recommend this cooling unit.

I needed two things 1. Effective 2. Quiet. And so far it does what I need.

This laptop cooler is really really good for its fair price value, the cooling levels on it really helped my laptops temperature these past weeks and completely cools it down. I really love this product so much!
