Greater than one weekFinally found something that is low enough for them to jump into and my rabbits like using it. No more mess with wood pellets and cat litter trays that they “sometimes used”. I put newspaper in the bottom of this one with a few pellets and just roll the whole mess up and out. Plus it is made with a good quality, heavy duty plastic that wipes off easily.

> 3 dayThis is a well made product. The grid is smooth for bunnys feet. Unfortunately it isnt big enough for us. The depth of the bottom of the tray to the grid is especially small so that area fills up very quickly.

> 3 dayPiggys cage was being cleaned so he was out and about. I did not expect Mr. Piggy to go get in the potty and urinate. For the first time. On his own. Your mileage might vary but he did not have to be trained, coaxed, or cajoled into using the potty. I love it. Im looking for a smaller one to go in his cage next to the water.

> 3 dayThe plastic grate on this litter box is too thick. My bunny won’t stay on it. The grate moves a little and my bunny don’t like the feeling. I think because of the gaps in the grate, my bunny doesn’t feel safe. (At least that’s what I think)

> 3 dayAll right, so I have to admit: my initial impression was one of indifference. It didnt seem like there was much to it! Surely this cant compare to the one I ordered on a certain craft site that cost me triple digits... The design is really simple and clean. The unit is shaped out of a hard, very smooth, plastic with a high-gloss finish. I ran my fingers all along to check for sneaky lil jagged/sharp edges and was pleased to find positively none. I washed the entire thing with hot, soapy water before I threw it down next to her existing litter box (that boujee one I mentioned earlier..), with pelletized pine pellets in the bottom of the hopper, beneath the grate. My bunny is a firm smedium, weighing 6lbs for reference. I thought this looked a bit too small for her, but she fits perfectly on one side with her snacky-snacks on the other side. I learned Ive got to give her small amounts of hay at a time to minimize waste, and too big of a litter box also creates more messes. Her poop sits on top of the grate while urine passes down into the pelletized bedding which makes it really easy to spot-clean between full cleanings, especially if you save for fertilizer. I was worried about her feet getting stuck in the holes, but the material is so smooth. Seeing her in action with her size relative to the holes, thats no longer a worry for me. Now, perhaps if you have dwarf breeds, that might be a consideration. This probably wont accommodate giant breeds but I havent tested it. So basically, I should have started with this. My bunny loves it and prefers it over the one I custom ordered for quadruple the price. Shame on me for my rush to judgment. Dont be like me; try this first before you jump to spend way too much on a product thats inferior in almost every way as compared to whats offered here. Thank you, truly!

Greater than one weekWe are using this in our Midwestern Guinea pig cage. We have a 1x1 fleece liner over the top and a couple food dishes rests on that. It works great. We are buying another.

> 3 dayI just got my bunny less than a month ago, he litter trained himself with a cat litter box but he kept getting pee on him every time he was using it so i wanted to get something better. The design of this litter box allows the pee and poop to go down so its perfect. Im really happy with this product and i 100% recommend it if you have a bunny.

> 3 dayThis litter box is large in a good way. My sons rabbit likes it better then his original one. Its sturdy. Also, the top part (grating) keeps the bunny clean because he is not sitting right in the litter.

Greater than one weekI love this litter box. Gus loves this litter box. Heres why: Gus is a Holland lop, so hes not a super large bunny, but by no means a dwarf breed. The X large box is ~17x13 in. , and its just right (I think the pic makes it look smaller than it is). I have enough room to put a hay feeder bin to eat out of, and he sits comfortably while eating and going to the bathroom (if you know rabbits you know this is how they roll). The grate is great(!) because its plastic, not wire, which is super important because I dont want my bun to have sore hocks and the plastic is thick and non abrasive. His poo pellets fall right through the holes and he cant dig through or make a mess (he still makes a mess of his hay though). I put puppy pads down underneath to absorb the urine, and I change it ~every other day. Cleaning this is a breeze- I just remove the hay bin (not included), grate, roll and toss the puppy pad with the excrement, and rinse off everything with soap. Pro hint: Any crystallized urine will come off with white vinegar (you may need to let it sit). Oh, in case you were wondering, the hay feeder bin has adhesive backed suction cups with screws that stick to the litter box side and the bin screws on and off easily. Obviously Im a fan and if your bun is the right size I highly recommend this litter box.
