I know modern techs will scoff at test lights as barbaric and or archaeic means of troubleshooting a system, however at the end of the day they are a quick method that can be used to cut down on diagnostic time and headache. This is a nice unit (especially at the price) and a welcome addition to my field box. Does it replace a power probe? Certainly not...but in that same breath, they are entirely different tools as well not even in the same ball park price wise for use as a basic tester. The *only* thing I wish this had was a postive and negative base clamp function (similar to the snap on and higher end units). Sometimes its nice to troubleshoot heavy equipment (AC systems come to mind) by clamping to a positive post and seeing if the ECU delivers ground signal. Not a major fault but one thing that is nice about basic bulb style test lights.

Like this product. Coiled cord gives good reach. Easy to read display. Seems well built. Has come in handy while rewiring a vintage car.

Works good. Only wish the clamp was bigger. The jaw doesn’t open as much as I would like.

I work on semis and this is a great heavy duty tester. Only improvement would be adding an audible when testing. Other than that no complaints.

I love it LED screen lights up makes it visible easy and helped a lot at nights...

I did not get this expecting accurate readings. It reads .5 milliamp off. However this is really great for checking fuses and I use it mostly for that.

Can only check power. not ground. so grnd to + ok// + to -, will not read. fyi
