Large Size Heavy Duty 3-48V Digital LCD Circuit Tester with 140 Inch Extended Spring Wire,Car Truck Low Voltage & Light Tester with Stainless Probe

Upon opening the packaging I could see I was impressed with it’s visual quality. I took it out to the garage to see how it works on my own pickup. I grounded it to the body and touched it to the positive post on the battery. I quickly noticed that I had the LCD window turned away from me and when I went to readjust the tester stopped working and I couldn’t make it work again, so by now I’m pretty angry. Upon a visual examination I noticed the cord end screws off so I remove it to see if there might be a inline fuse but it was only a spring to hold tension between the cord and volt meter .mechanism. I cleaned it off and put it back together and it started working again with no more mishaps. The numbers aren’t clearly visible until you have the LCD window at the perfect position which might pose a problem when you’re in an awkward position and can’t move to see it perfectly. All in all those where the only two annoyances I seen with this tool, it’s kind of like a miniature version of the Power Probe which I also have. Can’t hardly wait to start using it!!

It works, and no need for the multimeter for most jobs now.

Overall I like this device but the ground clip is a very thin, soft copper that bent up on the first use. I’ll be replacing the ground with a better quality one.

Works great

I like the volt tester, it is of the bet quality, and very easy to use. I use it to test my car battery every morning, as it has been too low to start my car, now I know before trying to start it, I can put the jump pack on, and it saves me time and gets me on the road quicker!

This circuit tester is long overdue for automotive electrical trouble shooting, it works as advertised, reasonable price and NO BATTERIES required. Only used it twice, now its my first choice for 12 volt power supply issues
