Laser Printer with WiFi Wireless NFC Duplex Two-Sided Black and White Monochrome Printing for Home Office School Student (35PPM, L2350DW-W2U36A)

I use this printer every day for printing my planner stickers and for packaging slips for my small business. I was hesitant at first after reading some of the reviews about paper jam issues and ect, but I havent experienced any issues with this printer. I use copy paper, cardstock and sticker paper with this printer and no problems with any paper jam. Easy to setup and the toner last along time, still havent had to replace the toner yet after 4 months of daily use. I would recommend to anyone needing a monochrome printer for daily printing.

Terrible customer service when asking for installation help as instructions are not clear.

Its great. Be warned if you see an error. Change the settings on the printer menu manually. Its not bad for what it comes with and price. Definitely worth the time to set it up. Its not hard to do so. But considering its price, Id recommend this. I promise whatever issue you might have with it. Theres a way to fix it. This printer can be wireless, do hotspot AND connect USB... It WILL do it ALL.

Issues with wifi cant connect

Amazon allowed me to return this unworkable printer. Do not buy nor be tempted to buy. You will waste your time with trying to make it work and then returning it.

I love this product

Can not get it work with WiFi. I have emailed for support with no result. I have googled but nothing addresses my issues. All assistance onloine addresses other issues.

Tested with my Samsung phone and was able to print from the phone with no need to do any installation of drivers, etc. Works with my Windows 10 as well. Only problem I had was figuring how to add the 8x11 paper into the tray. Had to figure out how that worked and took a while.

The product arrived on time. However, it was all downhill from there. When you turn it on, its LCD screen is in Chinese!!! theres no way to change it to English. In order to install the drivers, I had to download the Android app on my cell phone. The Android app keeps on crashing as soon as you try to get it to scan for the printer, so I could not use the printer at all cuz I could not install any drivers. There is a helpline number, see the picture, when you call this telephone number, its a non-existing number!!! Returning the product back to Amazon right away - what are waste of time!!!
