> 3 dayUmbrella is smaller than I realized when I ordered it. As with many umbrellas it is difficult to get it back to its original compact size after fully opening---but you can get close to it. It does automatically open to its fullest by pressing a button once the umbrella rod is extended. The design for the small compact size creates a main rod for the umbrella that is very much smaller in diameter than a usual umbrella. It will be a little hard to hold in a strong wind---not enough gripping surface. Umbrella is lighter overall than other umbrellas. This will make it a little more difficult to control in the wind. You can visualize the compact size of the folded umbrella in two pictures, I included. A good idea, if a small size, compact, easily carry able umbrella is needed. However, it is a little too lightly made, in my opinion.

> 3 dayThis is a very small umbrella that you can leave in your car glove compartment or just take with you on your trip. With that said, this umbrella may not be a good choice for a big person. It appears light duty so don’t expect it handle big storm. I’m 5’ 7” and about 160lb. This umbrella is just adequate. I was looking for an umbrella that’s small and lightweight to take with me on my oversea trip. This umbrella fits the bill. I planned to leave it in my car after my trip for occasional use. Cheers

> 3 dayIve been on the hunt for a compact and practical umbrella, and I finally found the perfect one! This little gem easily fits into any small bag without taking up much space at all. Its incredibly convenient and fits snugly inside my adorable, cute bag. I cant express enough how much I recommend this product. Its a must-have for anyone looking for a compact umbrella that doesnt sacrifice functionality.

> 3 dayThe only reason I marked it down a bit is that it is heavier than I would have anticipated and if you are trying to keep the weight down in your luggage or backpack, this is not lightweight.

> 3 dayThis umbrella was surprisingly smaller than I was expecting, its a perfect size to keep in your car or to travel with for emergencies/unexpected rain but would be a pain to use for regular daily use. The umbrella comes in a small storage bag, inside a hard-shell case. Was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the case, very sturdy and will protect your umbrella from damage if stuck in a suitcase or trunk of the car. The umbrella itself is very small, a good size for travel or to keep in a car when needed. It’s fully manual, so you have to expand the umbrella stick (you just pull apart the telescoping handle) and then push open the top of the umbrella. I could see this being a pain to close or put away when it’s all wet and in the rain, it definitely is not a quick open and close. Overall it’s functional and works but dont think I would use this during extended days of rain where am constantly using an umbrella. But I do see it being useful to take on vacation/traveling in the case of rain or to keep in your trunk for emergency use.

Greater than one weekThis umbrella is horrible. It barely opens, barely shuts. You can’t get it back to shut the way it’s supposed to, and quite frankly I would’ve been better off, going to a dollar store than buying this umbrella it’s not even worth the gas money to take it and return it

> 3 dayThis is definitely a small umbrella to be carried in a handbag or purse. It opens and closes fairly easily, although I couldnt see where the closing mechanism was at first. It comes with a zippered case, but I dont think Id have any use for this as Id just keep the umbrella with the slip case in my bag. The handle and spokes feel sturdy, but the material is a bit thin and see through. It should hold with rain, but not sure about a gust of wind.

Greater than one weekMy review is basically the same as other reviewers for this compact umbrella. The concept of having a mini umbrella to place inside a purse is great. However, the handle coupled with opening and closing the umbrella will take some time getting used to. Please be aware of the fact this is not a button press auto open umbrella. This is a manual umbrella which mean you are responsible for opening and closing. I highly recommend you practice before popping this open in the pouring rain. Keep in mind it is advertised as a mini umbrella. Therefore, you will bet what you pay for.
