I am always surprised at the details that come in the new LEGO sets. I got this as a fun gift and the set is great! For the $ amount of the set, you get a ton of pieces. Definitely took a couple of hours to put it together. It has a lot of pieces and quite a few stickers as well. The details in the castle, car, tree, and mini figures is spot on. The only thing I’d change is how difficult it is to get a character into the car. You need to take the top off fully to put the character in it. Otherwise this set is highly recommended.

Our 6 year old was very excited to receive this gift. It took several days to complete. He was very proud.

Great Lego kit. My granddaughter really enjoyed it.

My eight year old son said this was his favorite Lego set to date and enjoyed all of the accessories that it comes with to bring the book to life. He especially enjoyed being able to set up Snape’s Potion class. He did have a hard time assembling the bottom of the womping willow initially but figured it out. Great set!

Love this set!

I would have loved to have bought my nephews (nephews by friendship not blood) the full Hogwarts set but it is hundreds of dollars and I couldnt afford it. This set is a nice compromise for much less money and it comes with a car (of a similar size to match other lego cars I bought them), and a spooky tree (to match their other HP sets). Good buy, from my perspective, they really seem to like it and its kept them occupied for quite some time.

Fun easy build

Very excited to give this as a gift to my son who is eight, I like this because it’s a bigger Lego so it will take them a little bit of time to work on it and take a break work on it and we’re just about to read the first Harry Potter book together!
