LEGO Hogwarts™ Express

As always, exactly what I wanted. My son had a blast building it. Way too pricey, but all legos are anymore. Overall happy.

I bought this for my nephew and he loved it. I also bought the lighting kit for it to add a lil sparkle

The box is ugly, but it was a very cute set. Not as good for gifting as it could be because of the box art.

This supposedly sealed and new Lego Christmas Train had two of the plastic packages inside that were torn open and pieces were scattered in the bottom of the box. I am not sure yet if any are missing but it’s really frustrating . I would recommend that people buying LEGO sets buy directly from LEGO. Every “new” set I have purchased from a private party has been missing several pieces. I bought the Creator Expert Firehouse which has been discontinued by the manufacturer and every single red square tile cracked and broke when I put it on. I don’t know if it was because it was old from sitting, but I have tubs full of my grown kids’ LEGO and the pieces seem fine. Also I made four separate orders for missing pieces. This is for me to build with my grandkids and it’s sad when we have to put a stop on the building to wait for pieces to come in the mail. I hope it doesn’t happen with this but with the packets inside open...

I bought this as a gift for a child on a giving tree. He was 10 yrs old and a HP fan. Out of all the HP lego sets on amazon that were age appropriate this one seemed to have the most bang for the buck in terms of play and assembly. Hope he enjoys it.

Good for kids

If you love lego this is a fun build, even if you dont like harry potter. The train is a a great build its self and the part of the train station just makes it even better.

Sent to my nephew as a gift. He LOVED it. His dad loves Harry Potter and LEGOs and was impressed with this set.

Armed with the same high-quality workmanship LEGO is known for, the Hogwarts Express will impress. Clear instructions and easy-to-assemble pieces made for a fun rainy-day afternoon activity for my kids (ages 15 & 9). The engine looks so cool it enthusiastically occupied a prime spot on our dining room table for several days before getting relocated. After assembly, the train (and other parts) are sturdy enough for play and all the working parts move easily, making for fun, imaginative play time. Another LEGO win!
