> 3 dayMy niece loves Harry Potter and LEGOs! This was a great set to add to her other HP LEGO sets. She even sent us a video explaining each of the features of the train station, once it was all assembled. The set arrived on time and in good condition.

> 3 dayKinda disappointed. Some parts didn’t fit like on the instruction and the characters are difficult to place. You basically pay for the franchise (Harry Potter more so than Legos) and it’s the most disappointing lego set I’ve gotten. And this was the most expensive. I thought I’d really love this but I’m not.

> 3 dayIm not a Harry Potter fan but the train looks good and I was able to modify it to more of a Christmas themed train pretty easily. It is a fun, pretty easy build, and a nice looking model.

> 3 dayI got this set for my kids thinking Id follow instructions online to motorize it with LEGO Power Functions. As it turns out, its a lot more difficult than I thought it would be. I have it mostly working but not nearly as well as I had hoped.

> 3 dayWe bought this train as we preferred steamers and diesels over the modern trains—thanks Thomas. This was one of the most affordable sets out there and we liked that it had the station. Our son doesn’t know Harry Potter but he will when gets old enough to read them. Our biggest concern is whether it would fit the LEGO traintracks or not. It fits fine and the tracks fit between the platforms (see pictures). We plan on buying the electric kit and customizing it so it can pump it’s pistons around the track.
