Greater than one weekI needed this for college classes because I didnt want to drag around my big laptop. It is ok. Its rather slow loading and its just ok on clairity. It is light weight and easily placed in an already cluttered bookbag. I guess its not terrible for the money but I was hoping for a little better.

> 3 dayThis is a great little Chromebook! It was made by Lenovo for K-12 education so has features like a spill proof keyboard and rubberized edges to protect against drops. Its not very heavy and the size at 11.6 is perfect for travel. The screen is pretty good--typical for a Chromebook but not ultra high def IPS quality like on an expensive laptop. Since its a Chromebook and not a full fledged laptop it can only have programs that install to the Chrome browser itself. Hard drive space is minimal so you cant download large files unless you store them on an external USB drive or portable drive. If you looking at this laptop, but arent familiar with Chromebooks, it helps to try them out and do a little research first to see if they will work for what you need. I just needed an inexpensive computer for travel so I wouldnt have to bring my expensive Dell laptop. Its perfect for that. Ive only had it a short time but so far its working great for web surfing, watching YouTube and some word processing via Google Docs. Sometimes thats all you need.

> 3 dayNice device. Gave it a 3/5 on value for price because I had bought the same one for $179 back in june, now in Oct it was way higher. Works well for middle schoolers.

24-11-2024Lightweight and comfortable size, good performance, long-lasting battery, excellent companion for travel. Can run Android apps, but this is somewhat limited by the internal 16gb. Keyboard feels good but missing night lighting. Also wish it was available in grey/silver and not only Lenovos classic black.

Greater than one weekThis device died about 2 months after purchase - simply wont turn on. I went through everything I could, did the research, tried everything because I HATE dealing with customer service. My experience with Lenovo customer service is likely the worst Ive ever experienced, and that says a lot in an age where we expect poor customer care. For over a week - and after multiple phone conversations and emails, I still await a simple return label for repair. A week. In my latest conversation the customer service rep was appalled that it should take this long, yet still I wait. This device was being used by my teenager for online classes (forced by covid), so weve been forced to share other devices while everyone is trying to work and learn in this environment. Thanks Lenovo for making it even harder.

> 3 dayDont like it. Useless to me...piece of crap..hardly use it, cause just not what I wanted. This looks like some basic, features are basic. I really needed a laptop and only after I realized it was this you I bought. I could make better use of my money. Its just there I dont use it might give it to someone, waste of my hard earned money.. Just like some you that my 10 year old doesnt even want.
