This device died about 2 months after purchase - simply wont turn on. I went through everything I could, did the research, tried everything because I HATE dealing with customer service. My experience with Lenovo customer service is likely the worst Ive ever experienced, and that says a lot in an age where we expect poor customer care. For over a week - and after multiple phone conversations and emails, I still await a simple return label for repair. A week. In my latest conversation the customer service rep was appalled that it should take this long, yet still I wait. This device was being used by my teenager for online classes (forced by covid), so weve been forced to share other devices while everyone is trying to work and learn in this environment. Thanks Lenovo for making it even harder.

This product is amazing! My son bought it and has worked perfectly since we have bought it. I totally recommend this chromebook as your personal laptop!

For the price I paid at the end of 2019 (<$100) , it was a halfway decent deal. The screen is small, the resolution low (720p), it lacks adequate onboard storage, 4 GB RAM is insufficient if you plan to have more than about 5 or 6 tabs open in Chrome. I purchased a 64GB SD card for offboard storage. The system, though, couldnt even run Linux due to inadequate storage and memory.

Already in the garbage. Operating system gone and then unable to charge. Spent hours on every fix imaginable. This was for our daughters school which is a requirement.

Bought this for my 7 year old child for her birthday. She wanted a laptop like her bigger brother and sister so I tried ordering 3 others on Amazon. One showed up damaged, no fault of Amazon and one was cancelled by the seller and the last one I cancelled because it was supposed to be here on Monday and it was still processing Monday morning so in a panic I looked for one day delivery Chromebooks, and this was the first and only one I looked at before I knew it was perfect for my daughter. Its drop proof meaning you can drop it up to 29 inches and it should be ok, and its spill proof meaning the key bored is sealed up from the brains of the computer in case you accidentally spill a small amount of liquid on it. My oldest daughter has the same exact Chromebook given to her by the school, something we didnt know until last night. The Chromebook came less than 24 hours after ordering and was wrapped up like fort Knox.
