Bought this laptop new for my daughter to use for remote learning and the device came in not in original packaging, the device was charged and powered on, when i opened the screen to the device the screen lite up and i saw it was on. I received no manuel at all either, just the device and charger, nothing was in its original plastic, or plastic at all for the mattet, only the device was in bubble wrap inside box, i Youtubed the model and saw several people unbox the device to realize mine is not new :(. Its a cute device for children..just would like to receive what i payed for.

Nice computer. Eventually worked with Eliot Tech customer service and resolved the warranty issue. Due to all the difficulties, they gave us a $50 credit. Nice, helpful people. It was a little difficult to work THROUGH Amazon, but we got it done. Happy in the end.

My kids have a several years old Acer Chromebook they have been using for homework. It’s actually been pretty fantastic but it was getting old and my oldest has needed more and more time for his homework so one device wasn’t cutting it anymore so He’s been using my ThinkPad while I searched for a new device for him.

The product was brought for my employer an work will for what we need, no issues or concerns.

My daughter loves it and takes it everywhere with her.

Its good nice size easy to used and my day to day homework for the kids and some printing along the line

I do not like to review products that I did not specifically buy here, but this is an exception due to the clear benefit of its power and use. Chromebooks are not your cure-all for computing needs. Yes, they are quite powerful in higher models and have gained a ton of attention of late, but make no mistake, they are a joy to use. Especially this one.

Stay near a plug when using this laptop. I had another one that I sent back, because I thought the battery was defected. It just seems that you can not get good battery life out of this one. I only kept it because I can play DVD’s and CD’s on it in addition to watching Netflix. I keep it near my bed, plugged in for those days I want to watch movies, listen to books, or listen to music. It is not good for much else. It is to heavy to carry around when traveling. I use my IPad for that.
