I dont remember why I thought that it just didnt work anymore, but thats exactly what I thought, and so I never bought new bulbs. But I was searching through Vine products and saw these, and since they were free I thought I would request them, just in case. The day they came in I tried it right away, and at first nothing. Thinking I had nothing to lose I turned it a little more. It didnt sound all that great, but it did keep turning. So I just kept at it and then BAM, there was LIGHT!!! I just stood there, mouth agape, simultaneously excited and amazed by my stupidity. So yeah, these work, and boy am I happy about it. Although I had no idea just how nasty my fridge was, so now I have to clean it. lol

> 3 dayI am guessing this bulb will last as long as the refrigerator so the 2nd bulb may be going into a new refrigerator in 15 years. The bulb itself is substantial and feels well made. The light is SUPER bright white so just know this if you plan to use it elsewhere.
