I used them in my refrigerator and it is bright and working well. No issues so far after using them for almost a month now.

This was the perfect replacement for the bulb in my Whirlpool side-by-side refrigerator. It had gone out and my hubby has replaced it with a regular sized bulb which was always getting in the way. I am so glad to replace it with this LED bulb of the appropriate size. Highly recommended.

Lepro LED Refrigerator Light Bulb, 40W Equivalent For some odd reason, my husband has been getting into bulbs lately. He has told me the reasons, but probably like my books, it only makes sense to him. He saw these, and he wanted them. I admit that they worked great. The cool-white light from these (5000K) looks much more natural in a refrigerator than the warm color of an incandescent. They threaded directly into our refrigerators sockets, and the light they give is very uniform and bright and they dont flicker. My husband remarked that theyre also only using 5W of power instead of the 40W of the incandescent bulbs, which were mostly just heating up the refrigerator when they were on anyway. He’s happy. Highly recommend.

Our 8+ year old Whirlpool refrigerator came with incandescent light bulbs. They finally burned out and I ordered these bulbs. They are clearly advertised as daylight bulbs, so I knew they were not going to have the warmth of incandescent bulbs. Once installed, I was amazed at how much brighter these two bulbs were than the old ones. For a refrigerator, thats a good thing! And, since they are LED light, they should last a long time.....probably longer than our refrigerator since it will be in use nine years as of this month! I didnt really do any comparison shopping to be able to comment on price/value. Aside from that, I wouldnt hesitate to recommend these bulbs but would add that they have only been in use a few weeks, so I cant comment on their durability or lifespan. But...its great to be able to easily see what is in every nook and cranny of the fridge!

Excellent illumination. Really makes a difference in my historic refrigerator.
