Defective. My PC was only getting 10 Mbps speed. Only after I replaced this defective jack, my network speeds reached the expected 200 Mbps.

I bought a 10 pack and 5 out of the ten broke. Lowes own brand were so much better. Also, try Hubbel !!!

Installed some Cat 5e ports in my house for a DYI install project. Combined with the Keystone face plates, these are pretty easy to use. Youll also want to get an affordable punch down tool. I got the DataShark 70034 110 tool for the job. A quick search of the internet will tell you wether you need to punch down into B or A. B is the common one and worked for me. (search for Cat 5e a or b if you want more details) Easy project that now allows wired ethernet access to various parts of my house.

Ive tried other keystone jacks in the past. Quality was adequate but I wanted something with better quality. When I received them they were in a good package and came with a punch-down tool which was more than adequate for what was needed. Connections were simple and the resulting product continues to work in an outstanding manner and looks great! If you want a quality product then this is the jack to buy!

Easy to install and quick to connect cable wires.

Had to buy these jewels when I started having to work from home due to Covid-19. I ran basic Cat5e to my basement and other rooms to increase the speeds over what I was seeing with WiFi. These connectors were color coded and easy to assemble. I used the T-568B wiring standard for connection, but T-568A can be used without issue as well. Whatever standard you use, you must use it at the other end of the cable as well.

Bought this to add a network port for TV use. Fit perfectly and solidly into a Leviton Quickport plate, and snugly accepted a CAT5e cable plug. Good quality and performance.
