> 3 dayThis thing is requires a beast, but if you have the money and the horsepower to run it, it is definitely worth it. This is my first 1440p monitor, and it is great, especially for reading text. It does make games look better, but if you work from home or are a student, this is a great monitor because it has so many more pixels that you can divide the screen up without any issues. Overall, would buy again.

> 3 dayI like the monitor but it seems a bit short. Is there a way to increase the height? Or do I need to use a monitor stand to elevate it? Thanks.

> 3 dayThis monitor is exactly what I was looking for. I mostly use it for Apex Legends and it works great. Im glad I did 1440p over 1080p. Both for gaming and everyday use I just prefer the extra clarity. Im still doing like 140fps avg on Apex, so its more than enough.

15-04-2025I bought this monitor to replace a dying monitor, though it ended up as a significant upgrade over the old one. 144Hz refresh rate makes the mouse pointer much easier to find, and Im not limited to 60fps for games. The multiple inputs makes it possible to connect additional devices (I have a Nintendo Switch connected to it in addition to my PC). This is the third LG screen Ive bought and I have no reason to give up on them. My only gripe is a minor one: the placement of the button/nub/whatever you want to call it could be easier to spot. Its on the underside of the bezel below the LG logo. Otherwise, I recommend this screen and I may get a second one in the future to replace another old monitor in my triple-screen PC setup.

> 3 daySo bought this LG monitor on September 10th. I was so happy as I just upgraded my computer to a 3060 graphics card i11 processor and was ready to upgrade my dell monitors to something bigger with higher definition. The monitor worked great for just under 4 months. I do use it a decent amount as I work from home and after work I play games (HALO, B4B, COD, etc) usually Monday thru Friday 8:30am till about 10pm at night. Past the return date, I had to contact LG directly since its under manufacture warranty still It took me 2 days to get a hold of someone as LG has reduced its staff due to COVID Once I got someone they didnt speak great English and told me they would send me a shipping label in 24-72 hours via email, after receiving the email I had to callback and find out how they want me to ship the computer. The sent me another email with instructions..... Overall I had to spend $51 to have FedEx package my monitor or else it wouldnt be insured on scratches etc and then I had to call once again to see how to get refunded for the packaging....... An email will be sent within 24-48 hours for you to upload the receipt and then itll take 4-6 weeks to get a refund, they didnt even ask how to refund the money back.... I would never buy a monitor from LG again unless it was through a retail store like COSTCO, customer service with them is terrible and not worth the hassle of saving a couple bucks

> 3 dayI had connected my PS5. It had a black screen and flickering but maybe it was the 4K that was not supported on the monitor. Idk, I unplugged power cord and plugged it again and worked. It looks great and all the positive reviews of the specs are true

> 3 dayOverall, I am happy with the monitor. I dont feel that the IPS bleed is that bad on mine compared to other monitors Ive had. For the resolution and frame rate, Ill take it. However, my goodness, the anti-glare coating is a nightmare to maintain. Its an absolute oil magnet, so if you go to clean a smudge off and bump it with your knuckle -- another smudge. DO NOT USE A PRE-SAT GLASSES CLEANER OR EVEN 99% ISO alcohol. It leaves a horrible residue (wouldnt use anything harsher at all). Itll wipe off. But use the cleanest water you can. I have learned to clean mine with DI water and lensed paper. Additionally, it seems to be a bit hit and miss with its communication. Ill randomly get a notification that the monitor is going to enter sleep mode because it detects no input, or itll trigger a MOBO light for VGA. But it doesnt actually cause or have issues.
