Light Switch Extender for Kids - 2 Pack

Super quick to install, work perfectly, even at an angle. My daughter loves that she now has some control over the lights she uses, a sense of independence. I bought 1 pack initially just to test them out. They worked great and I didnt hesitate to order a second pack.

My two year old uses this extender with ease. I’m so happy I got it for her. She is able to turn the light on and off by herself in bedroom. It is fantastic.

I have a love hate relationship with these light switch extensions. Love: fairly easy to install (remove the bottom screw), easy for my little one to use and makes my little one feel independent. Hate: it is not well made, it makes it very difficult for ME to turn on the light. This item surrounds most of the actual switch, so there is nothing for me to flip. I have to reach down and use the stick to turn on the light. Because of the angle, it keeps rotating (There is a swivel section that allows the extender section to rotate from side to side) and slipping off the switch. It seems to be a design flaw, but I honestly wouldn’t know how to fix it. Would I purchase again? Maybe. I would have to look at the other options and try them out first.

Works well for toddlers whom are gaining independence. My toddler now can turn on his bathroom light and use the potty by himself.

Wish I had learned about these earlier! They were the best buy for my toddler who didnt want to use the potty by herself without the light on. This gives her much more independence and saves us from having to get up and down a million times to turn on lights throughout the house. Highly recommend.

Exactly what I was looking for. I had to get a new switch plate in order for it to work but it’s awesome. The switch plate has to be pretty flush, like a standard builder-grade plate. But it’s worth it for the little one to have some independence in his own room

This works great for my 3 year old. My 2 year old is short and cannot reach it yet to use; however, once he gets a little taller I think he will enjoy being able to use his light switch independently. I only gave 4 stars because it’s flimsy plastic and I’m anticipating one of them will break the bottom piece by pulling it too far away from the wall (instead of pushing it up and down as it’s intended to be used).

These have been a godsend since my now 3 year old has been potty trained. He can turn on the bathroom lights by himself without someone having to haul a** behind him when he finally decides he needs to go. Hes a very tall 3 year old, but our switches were installed really high, so this has been nice for him to be able to confidently reach the switch on his own without struggling and potentially wetting himself in his haste. Both bathrooms are easy for him to go potty now. Contemplating another set for his bedroom.
