Easy to install. Ive had no problems with my garage door opener now that the new board is installed. Previously, my garage door would open on its own whenever it wanted (like a ghost was opening it). Glad I ordered the new control board and installed it myself to save $150 service and increase charge on the part.

As advertised. Was identical to the one I removed from the garage door. Worked right away.

This was one of the easiest DIYs Ive ever done. When I realized this was my problem (shorted out by power surge) I ordered one of these. It shipped so quickly! I took the old one off my garage door with a screwdriver, snapped it out, snapped this one in, tightened it down and the garage worked perfectly! Amazing buy!

Worked perfectly. No instructions so would recommend photographing the connections of the old board prior to installing the new one.

There was an electrical short in my old Linear garage door opener control board. I bought this through Amazon and it arrived quickly with expedited shipping. It cost me $60 to have it installed professionally. It works perfectly.

I used this to replace the control board on my Linear LD033 unit, which finally bit the dust after 20 years. Installation was easy. Unplug two electrical connections, unscrew the control wires on the back, unscrew two securing screws that run through the board and the board comes right out. Took no more than about 30 minutes from start to finish. The settings for up and down pressure were set very low on the replacement board, so those needed to be turned a quarter turn to get the door to go up and down properly.
