LINEAR Garage Door Openers HAE00040 Control Board LSO, LDO

Bought 3 of these Dec 2017. June 2018 1 went bad. Seller (365 Garage Doors) said (after bouncing me around for a week) that I will need to have a certified Linear repair man come to my house to diagnose the problem. I had already switched the board from a working door all was fine. I have never herd of a retail supplier requiring the end user to get authorization from the manufacturer for a warranty return?? 365 Garage Doors not very helpful. The cost of the board is 65$. The cost to have a repair diagnose what we already know is bad 130$.

Very fast shipping. Item got to me a lot sooner than I expected. Item was also packaged very well. control board was identical to the old one and job to replace was simple, just two screws and a couple of wires. Had to adjust the settings after replacing but garage door is working perfect now. Would recommend if you want to save yourself a lot of money instead of hiring a garage door company.

This was one of the easiest DIYs Ive ever done. When I realized this was my problem (shorted out by power surge) I ordered one of these. It shipped so quickly! I took the old one off my garage door with a screwdriver, snapped it out, snapped this one in, tightened it down and the garage worked perfectly! Amazing buy!

Still Working, three months on

The new pcb controller board worked fine, with easy setup. The Covid situation, and lazy purchase, added $50 + dollars to my purchase price.

Easy to install. Ive had no problems with my garage door opener now that the new board is installed. Previously, my garage door would open on its own whenever it wanted (like a ghost was opening it). Glad I ordered the new control board and installed it myself to save $150 service and increase charge on the part.

Board was a factory replacement, no suprises. easy installation, was completed in 15 minutes and saved over $100. on new opener.

Cant believe it was so easy and I didnt even electrocute myself! Exactly what the Linear needed. Its working flawlessly.
