LINEAR Garage Door Openers HAE00040 Control Board LSO, LDO

> 3 dayI used this to replace my control board on my Linear LD050 unit. Installation was easy and involved unplugging two electrical connections, unscrewing the control wires on the back, unscrewing two securing screws that run through the board and slipping the old unit out. Repeat the process in reverse and youre back in action. Dont forget to mark or somehow remember which control wire goes to which screw. NOTE: The settings for up and down pressure were set extremely low on the replacement board, so those needed to be turned a quarter turn to get the door to go up and down properly. Those knobs are located on the side of your unit and are turned with a screwdriver. If your door will only go up for a moment, then back down, this is probably your issue. Same thing when you attempt to close your door.

> 3 dayEasy to install. Good quality and it works like a charm. Update 2/20/2023: Still working like a charm. I bought this item in 2021. I installed it myself and I dont have any background in electronics. And, buying this saved me a lot of money... love it! Before detaching the old broken one, I marked all wires to what they were connected to. I then took a picture of everything. This made it so easy to reconnect wires where they should be connected.

> 3 dayGarage door stopped responding to the car remotes and then the key pad outside. After some basic troubleshooting the only thing left was the circuit board. Its easy to replace with some basic tools, and it worked. You will have to set the sensitivity and stops again as well as all remotes but its worth the hour it takes to do all that because the garage door repair company will charge $200 to do this.
