Taste is good. Works well for electrolyte replacement. Better than gatoraid.

Friend suggested this a while ago. I’m not a fan of flavored water, I do enjoy this.

I found it very easy to drink, which is important when youre trying to stay hydrated. The hydration benefits of Liquid IV were also impressive. The company claims that one serving of Liquid IV can provide the same hydration as drinking 2-3 bottles of water. I found that I felt more hydrated after drinking Liquid IV than I do when I drink plain water. I also noticed that I didnt get thirsty as quickly, which is a sign that my body was retaining more water. Overall, I would definitely recommend Liquid IV to anyone who is looking for a hydration solution that is both effective and tasty. Whether youre an athlete, someone who is trying to stay healthy, or just someone who struggles to drink enough water, Liquid IV is a product that is definitely worth trying.

I love this to help with hydration levels. For my body weight (101) I use half a pack to 16 oz of water for desired result. Great for travel and for super busy days. The pricing was also excellent. I highly recommend.

I purchased the lime and wish I would have chosen the strawberry. They work well to re-hydrate.

I have never tried these before but got them for Coachella. They were a life saver! The taste is whatever but they really help if you feel dehydrated. Would definitely recommend for long days outside.

Liquid IV has been my go to when traveling, fighting illness or in just trying to achieve more hydration. My personal favorites are the lemon like and the açaí berry….but they are all great!

Liquid IV is the only one for me to help with my low sodium and hydration issues. This seller had great tasting product compare to others. I think the price should be no more than a $1 each, and usually only buy them at that price. If not Amazon for that price, Ill grab them at C0st)o.
