Great for hydration help a lot more then water alone

Great boost when youve over exerted. Easy to store and take with you. Youll not be disappointed if you understand what this product does.

Good flavor, good ingredients but a lot of sodium and a good bit of sugar, so use case is a bit more limited than some sport drinks, but excellent for those who are sick, went way overboard drinking the night before, or had a monster workout.
