16-11-2024I like the tangerine flavor and use 1/3 of the packet in a 12 oz bottle of water. The taste is refreshing and not too sweet. The first time I tried it, I used the whole packet- too sweet, for me anyway.

Greater than one weekI hadnt seen Liquid IV with Vitamin C before, so I was excited to see this. I worried the taste might be as good/doable as the original but it is great! The additional Vitamin C in this kind is what made me choose this flavor. Because if youre using Liquid IV, why not get the one with even more benefits? Highly recommend! The flavor is subtle and easy to drink. Liquid IV blows Pedialyte out of the water with the ingredients and vitamins in it.

> 3 dayI live in Florida, sometimes it is so ridiculously hot, even when you start early in the morning to mow, you can really get lightheaded. This helped so much.

Greater than one weekI love liquid IV. I have yet to try a flavor I dont like. And they are so hydrating. I use them on days I workout twice to rehydrate WITH electrolytes (which is extremely necessary). The immune benefit of these ones is great too. 2 birds 1 stone. And the tangerine flavor is delicious. I use 1 pack in about 20-25oz of water to dilute the flavor a bit but even in 16oz it is not overpowering. Also, great hangover cure.

Greater than one weekI have added these packets after a night of drinking and they really help prevent a bad hangover. I normally drink over 80 oz of regular water daily, but when i add one of these I feel more hydrated faster. They help after a hard work out as well. I plan on using them more often when the weather is super hot to help stay hydrated. The flavor is good (better than the lemon lime), all of them are best when the water is SUPER cold. You really need to stir/shake well for it to dissolve well. I do wish the sugar/carb content was lower, but when you need it, you need it. Amazon sale price was awesome. Otherwise, I think they are a little pricey.

Greater than one weekIts hard to shake up completely. I was using because had diarrhea trying to stay hydrated. Not sure it does what it said and its expensive to me.

> 3 dayI love this product. I have had heat exhaustion and at my age (75) it takes longer to recover but this speeds up the recovery time for me. I can only drink so much water but IV Boost gives you what your body needs to recover. The big part is it is low in sugar (11g) which is important for diabetics. This also has Zinc which helps the immune system. Now I do not mix a cording to the instructions. Usually, the flavoring in these types of products is overdone (very strong) so I use A Smartwater bottle of 23.7 Fl Oz instead of the recommended 16 Oz. at this mix ratio I can drink the entire bottle in just a few swallows.

> 3 dayThe lesson I have learned about hydration additives is use as much as you need. I run ultras, not all the time, but enough. I also tend to run in the heat. This is not what I use when I run. I use something unflavored because I personally dont like flavors if my water gets warm. I use this before the run to make sure I start out hydrated. Generally I use a packet to about 20 oz rather than the 16oz it says. The flavor goes a long way. Its good stuff. I keep it stocked.
