I love the flavor and everything about it, but one thing that doesnt do a great job compared to the other liquid ivs is that it doesnt disintegrate very well. Im always left with a bottom filled power drink. I did stir a lot too.

I’ve been using liquid iv products for at least 2 years and they are all great. This immune support is doing wonders! Newborn grandson keeping us all our toes and sleepless and I’ve been able to ward off the usual cold that comes when I’m sleep deprived. HIGHLY recommend this product.

I need to up my hydration a few times a week and was disappointed with the unnecessary amount of sugar in there (compared to other electrolyte powders) and also a weird aftertaste.

This taste great and easy to use. I buy it in bulk. Im very picky. Its hard to find something I can drink.

I don’t know how I ever lived without Liquid IV. I drink so much more water now that I use it regularly, and I feel noticeably better with the added hydration.

As I write this review, I honestly cant remember the original reason why I bought this product. However, a few months ago, I remember desiring to go on a fast. I remember previously being able to fast for 5 days and another time for 6 days. During each fast, I always had to STOP because I felt EXHAUSTED. I could have drank more water, but I did take vitamins and drink coffee. On the day I started this fast, God spoke to me and said, Hey, you know now that lack of electrolytes caused you to be tired on your other fasts. Try one of those packets and see how you feel. To fast forward, I consumed two packets over two days and was able to fast for 9 DAYS....WITHOUT FEELING THE LEAST BIT TIRED OR A STRONG URGE TO EAT! And I only consumed the stuff 2 of the 9 days! I had to break the fast because on day 9, my legs began aching (due to a lack of glucose for so long). Maybe if I had consumed Liquid I.V. each day (or every other day), I could have fasted longer. This stuff is expensive, but because it works, I will not try anything else...even if its cheaper! Today is a Saturday. Ive been doing Keto for a week now. Yesterday (Friday) and today, I started feeling like crap! Overly-tired/Exhausted for no good reason, couldnt get my thoughts together/confused and just overall feeling bad. These are all the symptoms/side effects from ketosis due to an electrolyte imbalance. I still have a bunch of Liquid I.V. packets on hand because I havent been using them. Instead of eating a peanut butter and jelly sandwich to help me feel better (and consume all that sugar and calories), I ran to Liquid I.V. I poured a packet into about 36oz of water and drank it down. It took a few hours but now I feel like my normal self. Mind you, I had nothing to eat except water and coffee prior....SO I KNOW IT WAS LIQUID I.V. THAT HELPED ME! Taste: the taste is awesome! However, I would not recommend dissolving it in only 16oz of water (like the directions say) as it is wayyyy too sweet. I did this once, drank it through a straw and my tongue was orange and sensitive for a week! In closing, Id encourage everyone to begin eating right! Severely limit refined carbs in your diet and eat more live foods (i.e. fruits and veggies). If youre eating right, and you begin to feel chronic fatigue for no reason, it could be an electrolyte imbalance/dehydration. This stuff works. Give it a try! You can even put one packet into half a gallon, or a gallon and just drink it throughout the day...itll STILL work! At the end of the day, Im not a doctor or health care professional. When it comes to YOUR personal health and well being, I have no idea what the heck Im talking about!

I bought this for my brother because he was doing a lot of outside work. He has health issues so being dehydrated was a definite problem. He doesnt like other sports drinks so finding an alternative was necessary. I finally found it. He loves the taste and this has become his go to drink.

I could not absorb enough hydration with drinking water or another sport drink. If you are suffering from a light bleed due a medical condition, then this will help you so much. I start my day off every morning and and dry mouth has slowed so much.

After a hard days night this miracle potion will help you round the corner and get right again. The taste isn’t like kool-aid or soda, but it tastes a little like Gatorade. If you fail to keep water on the menu while you’re hammering high balls at the bar, this will be your best friend before you hit the hay or when you roll out of bed in the morning. Also might be good for the flu.
