Yes it really is that easy, dump the powder in your water bottle, close and shake the water, and drink it. All the flavors are great, obviously a touch salty, but who isnt these days.

This is the one flavor my husband likes well enough that I decided to have it automatically refilled.

Taste is decent, not everbearing or nasty. Im sensitive to sugar alternatives and able to handle this. Do believe the price to be a little high, but not the worst.

I bought these for an upcoming trip where a lot of indulgence will happen with foods and wines. So I figured, to be safe, and keep up with the others on my trip. Lets be extra hydrates. I tried one to see if I liked them prior to me giving them the ok to pack in my bag. They are surprisingly yummy. Especially in a cold bottle of water! Cant wait to see how they hold up when Im feeling down and out.

I drink this on the regular. Great to drink during workouts. But Ive also found that its good to drink if youve had a bit too much alcohol and you become dehydrated.

I originally bought this for a bachelorette party to use for everyone when things got really wild and it worked perfectly. Since I have been hooked. I now travel with it when I’m starting to feel dehydrated, or if I am just at home mowing the lawn in high heat. It’s super easy to have handy, and I enjoy this flavor the most. It can be a little strong if you use it in less than the recommended amount, but it’s not a deal breaker for me. Highly suggest, it has saved me more than once when I forget to drink water and I can feel dehydration seeping in.

I opened my pack of liquid iv to find that two sticks had been torn open with the contents spilled out inside the bag. Kinda bummed that they were unusable.
