Lixit Chinchilla Dust (27oz)

I used to get Kaytee dust for my chinchilla and he loves it. I switched to Blue Beauty dust because I can get it on Amazon for faster shipment. My chinchilla loves it equally. This dust is very fine and doesnt feel rough on my chinchilla. I have been using this for many months now and my chin still loves it.

Do not purchase this dust. The packaging is deceptive, as it looks like the Blue Cloud dust label — which is no longer made. It’s caused respiratory distress for both myself and my chinchilla. She developed eye irritation and started sneezing almost immediately. This turned into a sinus infection. Thankfully she’s much better now. The dust gets everywhere - it’s shiny, so you see it glistening - it’s given me terrible hives.

The actual product Blue Cloud Dust is good, too bad this is a fraudulent product called Blue Beauty Dust that can cause upper respiratory issues in Chinchillas. They should be extremely ashamed of themselves for ripping people off like this and for potentially killing people’s innocent little companions.

Pretty decent dust! This used to not be my fave but the last couple of jars of Kaytee dust were horrible! My chinns wouldn’t even go in it and they’re so NOT picky.

This is NOT BLUE CLOUD dust. This is something called blue beauty and is VERY different than the Blue Cloud. I cannot buy this cheap crap or my chinchilla starts pulling her fur and gets very itchy. I will be returning it. This is FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!!
