> 24 hourIn the past Ive used the liquid type of this Loctite and it has always worked well. The stick is easier for me because it is a lot more gelatinous and stays where you put it. The more I work on cars, the more I need this stuff. Obvious statement I know, but, though rarely, I have had torqued bolts back off. Especially on a Dodge diesel from all the vibration.

> 24 hourLoctite, but in solid form. I prefer this stuff, because you put it on the screws or whatever first then go about your business without it dripping all over the place.

> 24 hourThe amount is much less than you would think based on the packaging size, otherwise it worked well

> 24 hourThis is just what i was looking for. I had been using the regular locktite in the squeeze bottle, and it worked for my purposes, locktite is a great product. However, i saw this while watching a pocket knife maintenance video on you tube and thought, I Need This. Anyone who has ever used a pocket knife on a daily basis knows, screws just come loose, especially during a break in period, as did mine on the clip. I cant tell you what a great addition this is to knife maintenance kit. I dont have to worry about blue goop running everywhere, i just simply dip the screw in the stick and then put the screw back in where it was was and problem is solved. This product seems to hold the screws in just as good if not better than the goop in the tube. I love it, and would surely buy it again.

> 24 hourThis stuff smells bad. And it retains the smell for a long time. At least with the liquid it smells initially until it cures. And its not that simple to use like some people are saying. How are you going to get this on the threads without getting the material on screw head. You have to scoop some out and then apply it to the thread. Anyway, not happy with this. Liquid is still better.
