Greater than one weekTried this stuff out hoping it would be better for controlling the mess made by high schoolers and it just barely works as a thread locker and wasnt suitable for use. We tried Vibra-TITE blue thread locker gel this year and it to be leaps and bounds betters tfoundhan this and superior to the liquid loctite too

> 3 dayI mostly use this for pocket knives (keeping the pivot screw at the desired level of tension so that the knife opens and closes smoothly without blade play). Pocket knife screws are small and finnicky and it was always a pain trying to use the liquid stuff without making a mess or using way too much. This is so much easier; just dip the end of the screw into the wax and screw it back in and its done.

> 3 dayThreadlocker in the chapstick like tubes is the best delivery system for threadlocker. No waste as I slide screw threads across the top.

> 3 dayGood idea, but dollar for dollar it doesnt cover nearly as many bolts. One stick covered a few threads each on 32 1/4 bolts. Do the math compared to the liquid and it is a high premium for the convenience. If you only have a few bolts here and there, ior just cant deal with the mess you get from the liquid, it may be worth it.

> 3 dayVery handy . Allows you to apply with one hand and no mess. Thats not always important, when it is important , its nice.

> 3 dayI have medium and heavy duty versions of these stick threadlockers. So much easier to use than the liquid!
