> 3 dayThis headset falls into the middle of the low-end headset and middle-end headset spectrum in a way thats particularly unsatisfying. Audio volume and quality varies with a tininess that grates, especially if youre trying to balance audio from several other people in a call. The microphone often loses volume, making it difficult to be heard, and the mic desperately needs a windscreen/pop filter which the headset doesnt come with. It plays a particularly loud song when the battery is getting low, and only does so as it approaches 1-2% battery. The issues everyone else has mentioned about the PC vs. Console dongle and difficulties with installation mean youll spend about half an hour actually installing what is intended to be a plug and play device. And finally, the software the developer recommends for customizing your experience with the device doesnt support this model on Windows.

> 3 dayGood choice for a wireless headset. Connects well to my desktop/laptop. Only issue is it likes to disconnect on occasion, causing me to take the flash drive out and plug it back it to work again. Overall not bad.

> 3 dayI got the Star Wars edition because I thought the white version was a bit cringe. Comes in a nice box with a Star Wars edition protective case that zips! Was a TB recon 500 user and it puts the thing to absolute shame. I can hear footsteps more clearly while playing R6 Siege! Headset is very comfortable and easy to use. Earphones are padded with a leather type feel. Has BT capabilities which is a bonus. Mic is removable too If your just using it for music. MY ONLY complaint is where the mic itself rests. It’s almost too close to my mouth and won’t really adjust.

> 3 dayThe headset so good and it has nice future can play from your phone music and also you can play games from your counselor or pc but the problem that I don’t like the sound is a little bit low I was expecting the sound to be higher as the max volume of the sound was 20% higher will give it five at five stars but everything was perfect and the design was so beautiful and comfortable, but only the max volume. Was low

> 3 dayFirst off I want to say how thrilled I was to finally get these. I found out about these because I was looking at someones stream and they got off topic from gaming and started bragging on the ASTRO A20 Headset. The only thing was he had them using PlayStation and I said to myself those look really nice and comfy and its also Wireless and if only I could get them for Xbox id look into it... So I went to Amazon after and long story short I just received them and Im just amazed... Hands Down Best Wireless Gaming Headset Ive ever owned and they feel really really good. This marked all checks in what I think is important in Gaming Headsets

> 3 dayIve been having so many issues with this headset that its pretty impossible to recommend. Hopefully this is all stuff that can be addressed in firmware updates, but at the moment this headset is a headache to deal with on PC. Some issues include: -Mic not working on PC when woken from sleep, requiring me to turn it on and off (takes several seconds to turn off, several to shut down, and several to boot up) -Mic goes incredibly quiet. Sometimes muting and unmuting fixes this, but not always -Sometimes the headset gets stuck on. Once this happened while no audio was coming through them at any volume and the headset seemed just bricked until it turned off. I learned that holding down on the volume control stick while holding the bluetooth button will force the headset to reset. This wasnt on any websites or in the manual. Ive had to force the headset to reset several times a day. As I use the headset, Ive had to find work arounds for all of the quirks that come with it. I wouldnt wish that on anyone else. Im holding out for some fixes for now, but so far, no luck. It seems to work well enough on mobile through bluetooth and I havent tried it on consoles. but PC is a mess so far and that uses the same dongle as console, so who knows.

> 3 dayFits nice. Would be better to add more range to fit people with larger heads, but sound is great, however the mic wont operate correctly but a restart of the Xbox fixes it right up. So its unclear if its the headset or the Xbox thats being annoying. 8/10
