Greater than one weekThis headsets quality is literally amazing, after alot of troubleshooting and struggle it works flawlessly everytime I boot up now. First of all if you dont use a console or have more than 1 USB port occupied on your computer then you literally will not have enough power to keep it fully connected. I had to buy a USB hub for it work which is so ridiculous. The Astros software is actually terrible, you download a app on your computer and it literally does nothing its the craziest thing that they would have a headset of this quality have it not work right out the box and give it a awful software to go along with it. The last thing is that their customer service is hard to get a hold of, is not very friendly (multiple conversations) and at the end of the day probably wont help you with your situation. These headphones are awesome they work very well, Battery lasts all day, no problems connecting and charging, and surround sound. but only after it gave me a couple of headaches and having to explain to my friends my sick 120$ headphones dont work until after 20 minutes of playing with it. If you have money to blow and actually are good with computers then these are great headphones. Otherwise your better off spending 50$ for something with a wire instead its not that big of a deal

> 3 dayWhy Microsoft doesn’t support native Bluetooth is beyond me. I own a bunch of BT headsets so it’s really annoying to have another for my Xbox. But that’s a Microsoft issue not an Astro one. I didn’t want to drop too much money on a headset, but since it’s strictly for gaming I didn’t care about good audio quality for music. The A20 hits the mark on that. This would easily be a 3 star review but it’s priced so well I went with 4. Sound quality for gaming is good enough, comfort is good enough, and battery life is good enough. But the value is high. My biggest complaint is the headset has a USB-C charging port but will NOT charge off of a USB-C port. It will only charge in a USB-A port. That makes no sense. Like most other Xbox headsets it has its own USB dongle which I’ve found I can move to some interesting random devices and have it work. Again that’s not Astros fault. The volume could stand to go louder as well but it’s good enough for gaming. Overall it’s a great Xbox headset at the price point it’s at. The quality is what I’ve always expected from Astro.

> 3 dayIve only had these for 1 hour but so far they sound better than my turtle Beach Gen 2. I play a lot of games were hearing matters and I also like to listen to music loudly these headphones are pleasing in both topics. These are definitely worth their price turtle Beaches lost their day in the sunshine I will not go back

> 3 dayI bought this to use on my PC and my box and it works pretty well. Ive only used it on my PC so far though. The audio is decent and the mic works well. I bought the razer ultimate Kraken before this and had to return that because it was so heavy and the wires constantly bothered me. These headphones are worth the switch. I think I even bought it used. The one downside is that ASTRO doesnt update these headphones anymore. Or at least to my knowledge. I downloaded their command center and it did not work with these headphones, but that doesnt make them unusable. I am happy with my purchase.

> 3 dayI have a hard time finding a headset that’s comfortable for extended use. I work from home and play games quite a bit. I love the ability to plug and play from my PC to my Xbox without the hassle of wires. It’s super comfortable to wear during meetings and extended gameplay. No complaints so far regarding sound and mic quality. Highly recommend .

> 3 day**1 week review**Based on the reviews, I ordered a pair of these. I wanted a headset that had at least average sound, a good mic for communicating, and comfort. This gave me 0/3. The mic is beyond terrible; the monitoring does not detect your voice at any level below heavy metal screaming (when having it directly placed next to my mouth). For headsets, you should see the little mic icon illuminated with the sounds icon when speaking while playing a game. This headset does not do that and there is no way to change the mic monitoring or level of sensitivity to sound, although, at least the mic icon pops up. The headset is slightly comfortable until you wear it for more than 30 minutes and you begin to feel it clamping onto your head. Lastly, the sound is sub-average. I wasn’t able to hear minuscule sounds while playing a game and there is no depth to the frequency. The ear muffs will make the noise transmitting through sound hollow. If you’re searching for a headset that allows adjustable-and provides a functional-mic monitoring with quality sound/comfort, don’t waste your money on this. I will be returning mine and continue looking for a headset with the above features.
