> 3 dayI was worried that 75 W would not keep my 1 week old babies warm. But they slept safe and sound all night long last night. I would advise you not to ever touch that bulb with your bare hands. I did & I quickly let go of it. It is very hot, even though it doesn’t appear so. I do like that it is not super bright (like the red one I used to use on my other chicks), so I can have it on all night long and still sleep. (They have to stay in my room because of a cat). I’m glad it’s a two pack of lights because if I use up the one, I’ve still got the second one left . I would definitely buy them again .

> 3 dayFirst bulb only lasted 1 week. I thought it was a fluke. The second one almost lasted 1month before dying.

> 3 dayMy old cat sleeps on a kennel heating pad bed in the basement. Thats where she likes to sleep. During the winter, I put these heater bulbs into metal clip utility lights aimed at her bed from the top. She liked them immediately. Not to hot. She curls up to sleep right under them.

> 3 dayI got the 75 watt bulbs for my ball python enclosure, and from about 12 inches up, they make the ambient temps around 80. Not quite as hot as i was going for, but thats not any fault of the bulb itself, I just need a higher wattage. Ive had it for maybe a month now and it works just fine, and having a second as a back up is always nice. Great value for the money!

> 3 dayI have 3 of these, 1 in my main chicken house to keep things from freezing. The other 2 in my brooder room for the teenagers till all their feathers gor in. The infrared lites are such a hazard. With these theres no worry. you really cant adjust the temperature so buy an extra one if you require more heat.

> 3 dayJust enough heat to keep chickens from getting frostbite.

> 3 dayI guess its not that great or noticeable to my pet...I have to push my pet literally right under the bulb... pretty close to the bulb for it to notice it it feel it. But I have to do that EVERY TIME. Guess it isnt that great that it doesnt want to remember it.

> 3 dayWith winter temps making the house colder, we needed a little extra warmth at night in our beardies viv. This did the trick perfectly!
