I like the lightness of this product. It will be used for travel in Europe.

Nice looking luggage at the start, but didnt fair so well against the US airport baggage handlers. The 28 suitcase now has a 2 inch gash in one corner and one of the 4 sets of the casters now has a bent axel. Not sure how well this luggage would standup to a trip to Japan.

I’ve had my suitcase for about 2 years now and have taken my bag on several trips, with one being International. The luggage has held up well overall, but it appears that after each flight, the maneuverability of the luggage diminishes. At first, it moves very easily, but as of my last trip, I have to apply pressure to move it, which is inconvenient and misses the point of having 360 degrees rotation. Also, I can “feel” the weight when it’s packed and it doesn’t go over well on carpet.

The teeth on the zipper broke on the first use. The bag wasn’t overpacked, and it had minimal wear and tear as we brought the bag as a carry-on. We didn’t use it until after the return date, so I guess we can use as a flower box?

Great piece of luggage. Holds up well, lots of room, great staple piece for carry on luggage. Love!

This is a review of the carry on bag. I like the way you can roll the bag on 4 wheels or 2 like my previous bag and I dont worry about it falling over like the 2 wheeled bag I used to use. My wife tried it out and shes hooked on 4 wheels now also. It has been handled by 6 different airline baggage handler teams and survived unscathed.
