Big chunks taken out of it already...but I guess thats the airline handles fault, TSA lock seems to broken already...probably broken by the TSA

Great luggage. Traveled from Orlando to Dublin to Paris & then Returned Paris to Philadelphia back to Orlando and not a dent or scratch with all the plane changes !!! Lots of room in the 28” size. Rolls smoothly & is light weight. I’m a believer now.
