Perfect upgrade for our child

Buyer beware!!!! They will not stand behind their products and the will not honor their 2 year warranty. I used my new suitcase for the first time this week and it broke the first flight I took. All they will do is offer a small discount to keep the suitcase and that is their only option. I told them no, I dont want to keep a broken suitcase for a small discount. So tired of these online stores that advertise deceptively and have terrible customer service. Its not worth it. I needed a suitcase very quickly so I ordered this but lesson learned, Ill be running back to TUMI, Where they stand behind their products and have very well made luggage.
