> 3 dayOk. I have mixed feelings about this product. Good price not too expensive and it actually worked. Only thing is that it is suppper messy. It got allll over my bathroom even with the plastic sheet it comes with- the casting powder still got everywhere! I would definitely recommend wearing old clothes while using this and also if you can go outside and do this lol! I’m telling you the powder goes everywhere. Overall it came out great and was a fun experience.

> 3 dayI loved doing my cast although it took long to do and any pregnant woman knows how uncomfortable it can get but other than that it was great. I was reclined when I got my done and that helped a lot. I would advise though to use an old bed sheet rather than the plastic on what you plan to sit on it just stuck to my body and made it a little more uncomfortable you can then use the plastic for the ground cause it can get messy with the water and casting material. The other reviews complained about the lubricant that came with it but what i did I like used the whole jar and just plastered it on everywhere and the cast had slipped right off if it wasnt for the bra I wore underneath (i hate the ones with the nipples showing and plus i did it in front of my family) probably would have shifted and not made a great cast. And the trick to smoothing the plaster out is when youre applying like the last 2 layers apply the strip then wet your fingers a bit and rub it in gently like applying powder make up I found that helped my cast have a smoother look than a bandage look. Im also petite so I didnt buy the deluxe kit just the regular one and I had more than enough material left over but use that material to reinforce the sides and smooth out any part that looks ridgey. Hope this review helped..

> 3 dayIt is coming out awesome. I havent done the painting or anything yet but this kit worked out great. Couple things worth mentioning. Im glad I returned the basic (an over priced purchase elsewhere) and went for this deluxe which cost me less. Go figure. I wanted deluxe because it had more rolls of the gauze stuff and the plaster etc. Now, I was already 9 months and huge when I did this so this was a factor Im sure but there was no way I would have been able to add arms in as I had planned so Im glad I changed my mind on that. I dont think I could have made it as sturdy as I wanted trying to do more than chest and belly. It took me a couple applications to realize that I needed to do much smaller amounts of plaster mixing and making it thin worked best. I have to get another sanding cloth. What they gave was not enough to sand everything properly. Im sure this is a cheap buy. I may even try to buy more plaster stuff so i can do a better job and ensure sturdiness. All and all though it was fun (a little messy) to do and Im so glad I did this. I wanted to do this with my first and never did. Since my second may be my last I will definitely treasure this. My plan is to paint and frame it and include two smaller frames on the sizes with both sons info that way its for both of them.

> 3 dayI gave this cast as a gift to my daughter. She had the cast done but when she applied the sealant, it pealed off when dry. She cannot paint it as planned. The instructions are not very clear... We have the cast, though. This is an update. In prompt response to my review, the seller gave the right advice and my daughter was able to paint the cast. I will upload a photo when my daughter sends it to me. The seller offered to give me 50% refund for the inconvenience or another product of my choice to make it right. I picked the former and the refund was sent right away. It is nice to have honest conversations and solve problems together with sellers. Thank you!

> 3 dayIm glad we got this for our pregnancy belly painting experience. Pros: -We still have paint left so we could probably do another 2 or 3 belly painting sessions if we wanted. - Comes off easily in the shower or if you make a mistake and need to wipe it off with a rag -non-toxic to you and baby - vibrant colors (completely covered my scars, almost was able to cover my tattoo) -cute stencil and baby foot/hand stamp that would look adorable for a baby announcement Cons: cons: -The instructions fail to mention that each paint is covered with a thin clear plastic piece that needs to be peeled off. I sat there like an idiot for 10mins wondering why the brush wasnt getting much paint -For a $20 kit I wish the brushes & werent so cheap & tiny. Luckily have a dozens of my own that I was able to use as well -Limited colors. I really wish there was more of a variety of colors, but it is exactly as shown

22-11-2024Fun and easy to use, we did one of these for all my kids. Keep in mind its messy and you need to make sure you set up properly and she uses the bathroom before because it may take up to an hour to do.

> 3 dayMy only complaint is how quickly it dries! I had help but honestly we could’ve used an extra set of hands! I was trying to help because of how quickly it was drying but then that made it loose on me cause I could be completely still and not move my arms. It got stressful for sure and I wish the end result would’ve been more snug but for what you pay and being able to have it as a special memory, it was a good deal. If we weren’t delivering next week, I would honestly order again and redo it with extra helping hands!

> 3 dayEasy yo use, plenty of material, sets fast and dries with in a couple days. You need to prep and not just start. Open all the rolls and get some scissors. Unroll and cut to length starting with the breast and work your way down. Lay out your precut strips in size piles. We opted to use a plastic chair and only place the plastic drop sheet underneath. I recommend that you throw an old sheet on top because the plastic will stick to bare feet. ( no shoes unless you want them coated also). Put a dish ( 9x13 worked great) of warm water beside your strips. Sit down and coat yourself very well with included lube and have your partner get to work! You need to work fast and you need to smooth the materials constantly to keep it smooth. For us the breast were setting up and we werent even to the tummy. I just held it to my body and we completed the casting. It came off really easy and laid on table to dry. Which has taken about 3 days. Dont worry about the edges you trim it with scissors and once completely dry you can lightly sand/buff smooth and go from there. Have fun, laugh at the messy-ness and enjoy making a memory.

> 3 dayIm in love with this product! It is high quality and I definitely recommend this one if you have a bigger belly and you just want to be safe and not order the smaller size. It comes with all the things that you can imagine that you would need for this including plastic to put on the floor and on the chair. If youre wanting to do a belly cast this is a product I highly recommend. It was so easy and so fun and I forever now have a gorgeous cast of my beautiful pregnancy
