Color, lights, sounds(when typing)….all of these makes me want to keep using it…only bad thing is not a wireless keyboard but I still rated 5 stars cause I really like it…

Volume button does not work

Ive had this keyboard 3 months now. It reminds me very strongly of old mechanical IBM keyboards from back in the day, except its thankfully not beige. PROs - Very traditional office mechanical keyboard feel. - Seems very solid. Does not look or feel cheap. - The lights do actually illuminate the keys, unlike some keyboards. CONS - No instruction manual. I had to look at Amazon Reviews to understand how to control the lights. - Only white light. I dont care but you might. - You have to have the lights on. You cannot read the keys with the lights off. Overall, Ive been using this every day and have had zero problems with it, other than figuring out how to control the lights.

This MageGee keyboard when I first bought it was fantastic. The red switches feel very nice and light to the touch and are a dream to type on. I replaced the stock key caps with some more dished ball shaped ones and that made it feel even better. I bought this keyboard in 2021 and happily used it up until here in May of 2023. As great as this keyboard is, its not lasting very well. The LED in my Pause key started to flicker and eventually went out about a year to a year and a half of ownership. The apostrophe key unfortunately was the show stopper for me. It stopped working properly and has steadily declined to the point where it doesnt register key presses well anymore. They got so much right with this keyboard, but the quality of the key switches is where its main pitfall is. This is a situation that you might run into with clone Cherry MX switches. Sometimes the quality isnt the greatest, sometimes its completely fine. In this case, it took the better part of 2 years to wear out which I dont consider to be that great when Ive had low quality rubber dome keyboards last 15+ years. If MageGee used higher quality cherry red equivalent key switches, this keyboard would be an amazing product.

This is a fantastic keyboard! Fair warning, like some reviews said, it did die out within 2 months of getting it, but I reached out to the seller with my issues and they sent another one thats working great now! Customer service a solid 10/10, I love this keyboard; matches my aesthetic so much! Heres to hoping this one lasts much longer.

Keys started to malfunction after 6 months. Beautiful keyboard loved it till it started to malfunction. I cant use 5 keys all of a sudden.

So I recently got this keyboard, and so far I love it! The backlighting is nice and it is great that I am able to change the effect of the light when I want. also the keys are so smooth to type with. And dont even get me started on the sound, There is just something about the sound of a mechanical keyboard that I just cannot get over. I feel like overall for the price it is a solid keyboard.

I absolutely love this keyboard. You get a second set of white and blue keys do you can customize your keyboard any way that you’d like. I didn’t want an RGB keyboard and wanted white, so this is perfect. It has a satisfying click to it and it’s loud and crisp, which is expected, but you can always put dampeners off you decide it’s too loud. You can change the movement pattern, speed, and brightness of the lights which comes with instructions on how to. You can also change where the keys are lit (like you can have it lit on only WASD keys) and a couple of other patterns. Overall, I absolutely love this keyboard. It fits my pink and white theme for my office and it has worked wonderfully with no problem for the past few weeks I’ve had it. I’m debating on buying a backup in case that this one breaks, but it’s affordable so I wouldn’t even mind buying it again.

I really like this keyboard. Its a good budget keyboard and in my opinion works just as good as any other keyboard. Some keys sound a little bit tinny, but honestly I dont care much, it works. Unless youre a keyboard snob, you shouldnt have any issues with it. Its pretty loud, but thats to be expected with blue switches, so if you want something quieter, look for something else. The keyboard itself looks really nice, I got the pink keycaps, but it came with blue ones as well so I swapped some of the keys out for blue ones. Its awesome that they give you extra keycaps. The backlighting is very bright and can be made dimmer or brighter. You can also change the pattern that the keys light up in. If your old keyboard is broken and you need a new one like I did, this is a good one to go with. UPDATE: Ive had this keyboard for about a year now and the only issue that has come up is the left side of the spacebar cant be pressed down so I have to push it down in the middle if I want it to register. This is difficult for playing video games where your fingers sit on the wasd keys so you normally push the left side of the spacebar down. This is not something that is at fault of the user as I remember it started very shortly after I bought the keyboard. It might just be an issue with my keyboard but I still like it otherwise.
